I have been very encouraged by what my advocate has done for me and truly feel I will get the help I need.

I guess I'm not as patient as others because it has only taken one issue to say nope this might be a medicare scam. The "dr" I spoke to very briefly said an advocate would call me today, so I waited. By 4:30 and no phone call at all, the appointment was rescheduled. Now, I know I'm disabled, and have absolutely nothing to do all, but when you tell someone you are going to do something, then do it. I've dropped between the medical cracks and was garunteed that would not happen. Crack fall number 1. Then I was told all the great things you can help me through, apparent crack 2. Then told my new advocate would call me today at 4:00 crack 3. I'm not happy at all Solace Health at all.

Mallory Fraser goes the extra mile. She finds ways to help me that I never even thought of. She checks on me every Wednesday to make sure I’m doing ok. She has been a God-send, truly. I don’t understand how to fill out all the medical forms anymore, they are so confusing. She does all that for me and I don’t need to worry about mistakes I’ve made? I was fortunate enough to have Jackie Galante as my Health Advocate. She has a wealth of knowledge that she used in aiding me to deal with my challenges. I am immensely grateful for her professionalism and knowledge as well as kindness as she aid me navigate my issues covering a number of life's problems. I thank Solace for their insight for having the insight of bringing her into their company because of her support and confidence in me I am able to continue dealing with the challenges I face. Solace sent me a blessing abd I am grateful for it during these past months.
