My experience with Solace is due to one reason. My advocate Tahira Wilson, because she listens to what I have to say. She has empathy for what I am dealing with. Our conversations are like talking to an old friend about issues that I'm going through. She always asks if there's anything more she can do for me. Many times it's just having her there to listen to what I have to say and what I'm dealing with, it is an immeasurable help for me. Sincerely, Matthew Golden

It was the kind of response meant to protect the company’s image rather than meaningfully address my experience. Their message used standard customer‑service phrasing: “we’re so sorry,” “forwarded this to our team,” “not our standard of care,” and “chance to grow.” These lines softened the complaint without engaging with the core issue; I had been promised a call that never happened. They didn’t explain the failure, didn’t acknowledge the disrespect I felt, and didn’t offer a specific corrective step. It was a generic template response. This kind of reply suggested they were managing optics rather than accountability. The vagueness (“our physician was not able to make it”) implied they were avoiding admitting fault. It also mirrored the pattern I had personally seen: assurances, forwarding, rescheduling promises, and no follow‑through. The company’s tone signaled that they wanted to appear responsive publicly while keeping the details opaque, which indicated a recurring operational issue. In plain terms, Solace’s response was a surface‑level apology crafted to look professional while sidestepping responsibility. It acknowledged the complaint without addressing it, offered sympathy without substance, and promised action without clarity. It was the kind of reply companies used when they wanted to look attentive but avoid admitting systemic problems. My experience aligned with the pattern I had observed, and the company’s reply reinforced that same dynamic: polished words, minimal accountability.

Kindness and compassion

Sara Miller has been my Solace Advocate for quite sometime now and she is both professional, passionate, caring and she knows how to get things done. She has been a godsend to me regarding my health and appointments. I have severe RA and have had numerous surgeries due to it. She makes sure I make my appointments and inquires about the results. If I’m having a problem getting an answer she will call on my behalf to get a result. She is a very valuable person to the Solace Health. If 10 stars ⭐️ were out there I’d give her everyone she’s that great, the kind of person you would want on your side as your advocate & friend. Cheryl H.

I want to recognize my advocate Bailey Irfran. She is AMAZING! I have some health issues and she has gone over and beyond for me with making my appointments and reminders for appointments. She is also going to set up transportation for me In the future. I feel she is a huge asset to me and Solace. She's the best! Thank you Bailey and thank you Solace for having this wonderful wonderful service for me for it is much needed.

This is unbelievable Raphael Cirino has been Outstanding need more like him in the world better yet in this line of work he has helped me through a lot I’m am thankful and grateful……….
