Thank you for your review. We are happy to announce that we have recently expanded our coverage options to include more insurance plans and always have a waitlist that users can sign up for to be notified as soon as they are eligible. It is our goal that one day every patient can have an advocate.

Expectation to gain access to transportation for wheelchair bound person to appointments within a reasonable time frame and reasonable price. This is proving to be near impossible. If only my insurance would fund this service easily, it would not require a third party to be paid to assist with a much needed benefit. Getting hopes up has been discouraging.

I have a friend who is considering signing up with Solace, so I was checking out reviews. Fortunately, the majority of the reviews are positive and I did see where Solace responded to many reviews, especially those that involved a poor rating. I am highly disturbed though, that the review by Roger in March 2026, did not get a response from Solace. Not only was this man upset with Solace, it is obvious he is ready to give up on life!!….and this did not warrant a response from Solace??!!! Roger, please do not give up!!! Keep fighting not only for your health care, but for your life. There is help out there. Please seek it out.

O just wanted to say thank you so much! Tiffany is my advocate and she has been such a Godsend. I was drowning trying to keep track of all of my appointments I needed to schedule. Tiffany helped me, I felt like I could finally breathe. She is very knowledgeable and if she dosent know the answer, she looks it up and calls me back. One thing I love is her checking in every day and giving me updates on what is going on and what we need to do next. If you feel like I do, I give solace more than five stars! Your website never works never I always have to call customer service to make my payment. Y’all need to get that ironed out. This is ridiculous. I tried for six days straight to log into yawls website to make a payment and I always have to call customer service and get a live person. It’s really a little ridiculous. Y’all need to fix your website. Some people can make their payments or you may not see no money.
