Dr. Trout cares little about your pain and quality of life. All he wants to do is reduce your medications. Being a chronic pain patient for over 20 years, he feels his opinion is better than all my other doctors. I think the staff is just following his orders but are very friendly and professional.

If you can think of it and need it they will try their best to get it and if they can't they'll figure out a suitable substitute. Very competent, professional, and kind. Definitely worth your time to check this place out. LeDina is beyond fabulous if you get lucky enough to get her on your case, but if not be patient and give it time and the right one will come along and life will be that much better because of it.

I contacted this company to help with find a therapist. The first call was from a Doctor. I asked what is the cost? She says if you don't pay for your PCP, it will be the same. She assigned me to an advocate who was simply going to find a therapist. The company she connected me to wanted a credit card, insurance information and fill out a bunch of forms. I set up an appointment and they had not verified my insurance. Late, on a Friday (my appt was on Monday) they called and said my therapist was not in my network. Ah ha -- they would have let me take the appointment and charge my credit card. I didn't give them one. Fast forward, I received a notification from my insurance company that they entered a charge of $1200 for the advocate!!! $220 for the initial call on top of that. THEY DIDN'T DO ANYTHING FOR ME!!! I do NOT trust these people as they are not forthcoming about what it will cost against insurance. This is the kind of company that drives up insurance costs! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!!
