Hi Michael, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We understand how disappointing it can feel when expectations and reality do not align, and we want to clarify a few important points for readers who may come across this review. First, we do not operate as a fake drop shipping company. Our products are shipped directly from our manufacturing facilities, which is standard practice for many furniture brands that work with international production partners. The shipping label simply reflects the factory location, not a third-party reseller, and certainly not a deceptive process. Regarding the return and refund procedure, we ask for basic documentation such as a box-opening video to ensure accuracy, protect customers against missing parts, and prevent shipping carrier damage from being mistaken for product issues. This is a common industry practice, and we always guide customers through each step so the process is clear and manageable. We also want readers to know that our support team is responsive, and we do assist customers through returns, replacements, or refunds when needed. Many customers complete the process smoothly, and we remain committed to making sure every case is handled fairly. As for the concern about reviews, all platforms we use independently verify submissions. We have no control over which reviews are approved or published, only that we respond to each one sincerely. Michael, if you would like us to revisit your case and help you reach a proper resolution, our team is ready to assist. Your experience matters, and we want every customer to feel supported from start to finish. Best, Sohnne team
