SnowverbReviews of snowverb.com

I have placed two jackets and four pants on snowverb, It was an pleasant shopping experience, the delivery was very fast, the customer service was patient when I wanna change the item I placed wrong color, also they even free gift me a goggle as a reward. I am going to purchase some more snow gear for my whole family, because they are good quality and nice prices.Love snowverb!

I had the snowsuit on for the ski a couple of days ago, it turned out very comfy and warm, great quality and really cool color, friends asked me where did I get it, have recommended the snowverb to my them, the best shopping experience online, snowverb rocks!

Spent 250$. No number. No tracking. 1 month… No gear. How do i contact them? I sent a stupid email i wanna talk to someone… hopefully they can make it right

Absolutely zero stars. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM SNOWVERD. They sent us damaged goods and refused to refund because they claim we damaged them after delivery. Give me a break! They take zero responsibility for goods sent.

Happy about everything!, quality, how it looks like, comfortness, price. I really like this snow outfit from snowverb, super cute.

No stars!!! Partner ordered something worth $230!!! And this company tried to claim that they had been sent it when they haven’t and then sent a fake tracking order number once he asked where his package was!! He was sent no tracking prior! No response on him asking for a refund! What a horrible company! How can people even have a website that can scam people!

Shipping took 15days which is pretty good for getting packages to New Zealand. Had a minor panic after reading other reviews on this site and I hadn't received an email yet. (Forgot to check spam) Item arrived in perfect condition and fit. Good site just need to be sure that you cant get the size wrong.

STOP! Do not buy from Snowverb!!! The company holds the customer responsible for return costs BUT neglects to say returns are to be shipped back to China until you need to return. I would've never made my purchase if this was flagged in their return policy to begin with. The shipping label to China cost MORE than the item I bought. Sadly, stuck with a horrible snow suit that does not fit.
