Terrible company and customer service. First, they give you the impression that they are located in New York City. Then they ship you a knock off from China and charge you $300 for it. Then it comes in to small because they make their clothing the wrong size and then it cost $250 to return because you need to provide a tracking number. On top of that, they deduct the initial shipping cost. So you are out $300 plus a snow suit. MASSIVE SCAM

Horrible company that does not accept returns - have found other people dealing with the same issue where they ask you to keep the item and accept a $20 refund or spend 80 bucks to mail it back to China. Scam!

Please beware when buying from this site, they will give you the runaround on returns. I went ahead and ordered something even after reading the other reviews, terrible mistake! It was the wrong size even though I followed their sizing chart, and instead of accepting a return they offered 15% off my next order and a $21 dollar refund on a $140 bib. When they finally approved the return they said their US address was not working due to covid so I'd have to ship back to China. This is going to cost at least $40-$60, if not more! Terrible company. Edit: funny how a "good" review pops up as soon as a negative one does. They will also delete negative comments from their Instagram and Facebook pages. Beware, terrible company.

I ordered a pair of snow pants for my daughter that should have fit perfectly according to their sizing chart, but when we received them they were much too large. The first response I received when I inquired about returning these $130+ snow pants was: why don’t I give them as a gift to someone I know and they will refund me $21 and that’s probably going to be the best solution for all involved. After I declined they requested that I send them a picture of the pants so they can verify that the tags were still attached and that they meet the return requirements, which I did and they have since stopped responding. I’m going to dispute the charge with my credit card company since I have proof that I followed all their rules and they still won’t let me return the pants. Not only was the sizing off, the pants that were supposed to be white and looked clean white in pictures were more of a dirty ivory color. I will never order from this company again.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Horrible customer service. Their return policy is 7 days, no exchange or store credit. I bought like pants and coat as a gift before Christmas so there is no way I could return it within 7 days of purchasing it, my daughter hadn’t opened it yet. The items were too big. This is totally unacceptable. Also can’t find a phone number on the site.

I was extremely skeptical and thought I got scammed but received my snowboard jacket 3 days later. I was surprised that it was actually nice quality and exactly like the photo! I tested it under running water to make sure it was in fact water proof and it passed the test. Though my personal experience, this website is legit! I hope this helps. One more thing to point out is that Amazon actually sells the same brand for much cheaper and I wish I would’ve known that before spending $60 more than I needed to

Horrible customer service 😑. The worst! Never order anything from Snowverb! Takes 3 weeks to get your order and then you can't return or exchange for another size. Fit is extremely small, not true to size chart. I would never recommend this company to anyone for anything. Complete Garbage!
