This company is terrible! I ordered a pair of snowboard pants for my daughter and the sizing is wrong. When I inquired about returning them they ignored me. It wasn’t until I escalated the claim to PayPal that they asked if I would keep them and they would refund me 21 dollars on 156 US! When I declined and asked for a return slip I received a Chinese return address that would cost me 86 dollars to return!! They say they come from the US. PayPal denied my claim because I was given a return address. It’s terrible, now I am out 156 dollars and have a pair of snowboard pants that cannot be used.

I originally left a review giving snowverb zero stars but they did come through and refunded my purchase it took a very long time which could be blamed on the Postal Service and just slow customer service . I’m going to say they’re not a total scam just poorly managed I’m upgrading zero stars to three. Be patient if you buy from these guys .

I would not rate this company one star. My advice DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! My order was placed two weeks ago, and the order still has not been shipped out of the warehouse (if there is a warehouse). I`ve sent emails inquiring about my order with no response, and no phone number to call. Never will I ever order from a company that doesn`t have a phone number.

Ordered womens bibs, but some odd shaped mens snowpants with tight ankle cuffs came. Contacted them ASAP and they take a week each time to email ask if I would keep them instead and then ask if I want to exchange, even though I clearly keep asking for a refund. Hoping they come through. They appear to have cute stuff and I'd love to try again but not until I get a refund and know I can trust them. Also looks like they deleted my bad review regarding this on their website from a week ago..

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE I ordered two pairs of snowboarding pants, one pair didn't fit and the other came with a broken zipper. I've been emailing them back and forth for a week and had to keep following up because they do not respond. They try to go through every hoop not to accept your return, even if it's just wrong size. They ask for photos of everything and ask questions and then when you send them everything they requested , they ask even more and try to make excuses on why you can't return them even though it's in their return policy that you can.

I ordered a pair of snowpants from them and then read a bunch of reviews about this place being a scam and I was so scared. The next day I emailed for an order cancellation and they got back to me right away saying sorry it’s too late they’ve already been shipped out. I was given my shipping and tracking info, it was regularly updated, and I got my item WITHIN A WEEK even if it was from China. The item fits great, it looks exactly like the pictures on the website. It’s not as warm and insulated but it definitely does the job especially for being half the price of other brands! Happy with the purchase.

I was sceptical, but I received my one piece costume so quickly , the right size and it was exactly like on the picture. Happy customer

Horrible customer service. Would not return an item that was brand new tag still on it because it was outside of the 7-Day window of return policy
