0 Stars. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. Complete scam. Says they're in US, but they are not. They ship from china and sizing is complete BS. Sent my return back 2 months ago and its held in customs. no response from seller.

I will not recommend this site to anyone. They make return and exchange process so difficult and make the buyer pay for initial shipping and the return! O top of that the quality of their stuffs are not worth the listing price!

Fraud company! I ordered snow pants and they were way too small. When I started the return process I figured out that I have to send it to China to a private address and pay the shipping cost $27. There was no word in the return policy about dealing with an international company. When they got my return they also took $14 from my money as a "service" fee. I have never heard about such an untransparent unfair business. I tried to talk to the customer service - no response.

Really this is 0 stars. They scammed me out of my money. I returned the jacket and they did not refund me. Please do not buy from this place. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible

Literally the worst. Apparently the pants I ordered were out of stock so idk why they even let me purchase to begin with. Then they offer another pants I said okay to them and they send me the WRONG ITEM?? After 3 weeks? Yea don’t bother.

I ordered a 2 piece snowboarding jacket/pants and was told after I purchased that the merchandise that I originally wanted was now SOLD OUT. I didn't realize why my package hasn't arrived after 3 weeks. I reached out to customer service and asked for a refund and without hesitation they did give me a full refund.

ZERO - NO STARS * DO NOT ORDER FROM SNOWVERB. THE ITEMS ARE FROM CHINA, PROBABLY MADE BY THE SLAVES IN THEIR INTERNMENT CAMPS. IT COSTS MORE TO SHIP BACK TO CHINA VIA CUSTOMS THAN THE ITEM IS WORTH. TOTAL SCAM!!! WISH I HAD SEEN THESE REVIEWS BEFORE I ORDERED.

Same experience as others. Sizing wrong on website. They suggest you take 10 percent credit and keep item when you ask to return. They provide only China address for returns so on 400 purchase paid 90 to send back. Been a month and no credit yet. Not worth the risk.
