Do not buy from this company. Poor customer service, no returns, sizes do not fit correctly. Seriously don’t waste your money these people are full of crap 💩

I ordered a jacket and pants in January and didn’t hear anything, no email confirmation, so I got a little worried and sent a message and still got no response. I sent another and still didn’t get a response. So I just thought learned my lesson, read reviews first. Figured money was gone. And then I got an email, my order was on its way. WOW! I got it today and it fits perfect, I can’t wait to wear it skiing, it looks exactly like the photo. Love it!

First make sure you do not have to return! So where do I start! Ordered a white pair of ski pants size small! Got the pants they were off white and about 1 in to small in the waist, 7 day return policy. Tried to contact them within the 7 days with them saying please tell us you height and weight. In the meantime we ordered a medium. We still asked for a return for the size “s” they offered a partial refund of $27.00 on $80.00 pants. We have yet to see the Medium ones but they were happy to take our money. Now they have said they will take the “s” pants back, but no “m” pants. Have contacted BBB and let Social media know not to order from them. Such a shame because they have good stuff! Someone need to learn how to run a business! Ugg

Literally no customer service. Do not accept returns. Sizing extremely inaccurate. Avoid!

Horrible experience! Do not order from this company. The snow bibs are decent quality, but the sizing did not make sense. I ordered a medium and it fit like an XL. Additionally, Snowverb has a strict return policy. Their website didn’t provide a shipping label or a return address. It took 3-4 emails back and forth to finally receive an address. Please stay away from this company due to the lack of communication and the strict return policy. Also, you have to pay for the shipping fee. At this point, I’m paying $80 dollars extra for this item. Ridiculous!

Terrible return policy!! I ordered a snowsuit for Christmas and was outside the 30-day return policy when my granddaughter tried it on and found it was too large. I was offered a refund of 25% of what I had paid. Yikes! I won't be ordering from Snowverb ever again!!

Purchased snowboard bibs for my grandson for Christmas. They started coming apart at the seams when he put them on the first time. Customer service refused to exchange or refund. Said pants cannot be used. Do not recommend this vendor or their products.
