SnowverbReviews of snowverb.com

The most honest review. I was in the market for some baggy snow pants that won’t break the bank. Snowverb got a great selection of baggy pants that look great. I ordered a pair to test the waters on December 2. The pants came out exactly how I imagined and fit was okay too. I would have rated them 4.5/5 but the reason for the current rating is the shipping. It took about 20 days for the order to arrive. Not an issue for me but if you’re a last second buyer thinking you’d get your pants within a week. Plan accordingly. Buy in advance. Pants were great. I’m probably gonna order a pair or two more. I recommend snowverb apart from the shipping

I ordered a 2 piece snowboarding jacket/pants and was told after I purchased that the merchandise that I originally wanted was now SOLD OUT. I didn't realize why my package hasn't arrived after 3 weeks. I reached out to customer service and asked for a refund and without hesitation they did give me a full refund.

I originally left a review giving snowverb zero stars but they did come through and refunded my purchase it took a very long time which could be blamed on the Postal Service and just slow customer service . I’m going to say they’re not a total scam just poorly managed I’m upgrading zero stars to three. Be patient if you buy from these guys .
