I ordered some pants, but they were too big because the size information listed on the page was incorrect. I wanted to send them back, but there’s a problem with the system—it can’t find my order using the order number. I sent an email, then a second one, but no one is responding, and the return period is almost up. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone! But they’ve been bombarding me with subscription emails!

At the end of the Aussie 2025 season I bought a cool looking pair of women’s GSOU Snow pants 20k waterproof. I wore them for the first time this past week in usual wet snow conditions at Falls Creek and my merino thermals and underclothing were wet through within an hour and this remained cold for the day. They are not waterproof at all and no warranty provided for defective fabric fabric! Don’t believe any of their advertising on features of the waterproof ness of Snowverb’s snow garments.

Waardeloos retour beleid. Dochter heeft hier een grote bestelling geplaatst. Een aantal items mochten retour. Vanuit snowverb optie op een tegoedbon met lagere waarde dan de waarde van de retour-items of een cash back van -40%! We hebben er voor gekozen om terug te sturen. Helaas zit het magazijn in China. Dus na betaling van ca 50 euro verzendkosten, tot op heden niks gehoord (3 maanden geleden)

My daughter ordered the baggy snowboarding trousers. Seeing the payment in dollars, is the first sign of trouble. The delivery time is just not true (6-10 days) we are still waiting for anything to arrive after 16 days. Found out it has to come from China! Had to go and spend more money on another pair of trousers for the holiday, as no item was delivered. Avoid this company, very unprofessional. I wonder if we will even get any money back if nothing comes ($149).

Do not buy from this store. It is a scam. Products were the wrong size, broke after one use and when sought to return delayed returns, required photos and other pieces and eventually sent a shipping address in another country that was not the advertised country they claimed to be shipping from saying that tax and shipping costs were to be paid by the receiver. When all guidelines were followed and sent the money was never refunded.

1-Star Review I strongly advise against ordering from this company, particularly during the holiday season. Their holiday return policy is extremely misleading and restrictive. The website states they extend returns to 20 days during the holidays, with a note in parentheses: "(orders placed the week before Christmas)." I reasonably assumed this was just an example of the policy period. However, they strictly interpret it to mean the extended returns only apply to orders placed that specific week before Christmas. I ordered snowpants for my daughter, which arrived on December 9th. On December 25th, I contacted them because they didn't fit, only to be told returns were not accepted since the order wasn't placed in the designated "week before Christmas." This is by far the worst customer service I've experienced. Refusing returns on items purchased in early December—clearly intended as Christmas gifts—feels unfair and anti-customer. It's clear this company prioritizes rigid policies over customer satisfaction. Very disappointed and will not shop here again.

I bought this jacket as a Christmas present but accidentally ordered the wrong size. On the day it was delivered I started the exchange process as listed on their site. However they would not let me exchange the product even though all the rules they state was followed: I reached out within the time limit, I sent them multiple pictures of the brand new product. But instead of letting me return or exchange all they offered was a giftcard not equal to the value I paid for the jacket. Now I’m stuck with a jacket that won’t fit and a giftcard not high enough to replace the present. I’m now stuck scrambling to find a new present for Christmas. Very disappointed with this brand. DO NOT order from them if you are not confident the product will fit or you might want to return because this process has been long and drawn out and they wouldn’t let me return and wouldn’t tell me why. Reviews are most definitely removed from their site if they are not 4 star and up. Made a review last night and nowhere to be seen this morning.
