Ordered a Smitty Bilt t Hoist that was IN STOCK according to their web site. Sent me two emails over the next month apologizing for the shipping delay. Two more weeks pass and my card was charged for the hoist. I thought this was an indication that the hoist was shipped. called for tracking information and was informed item was on backorder and was expected to ship next year. Cancelled order but had to call three more times to get my card credited. By the way, website still indicates "IN STOCK, READY TO SHIP".

Bought a winch to go on my used Kawasaki Mule. The delivery was fast, so fast I had to wait 3 weeks for the weather to warm up before I could install it! Directions were easy to follow and everything worked perfectly the first time. Winch pulls great, can't wait for the rest of the snow to melt so I can get to my land and put it to work.

Order over several weeks ago. My opinon igwt its that u need to make sure that people gets there items like keeping in touch with them till they get it for sure after they have already paid for it in full.

great product.by the pictures i couldnt really tell the quality but i was very happy with it once i recieved it.a must have! wasnt too happy to see the made in china tag beside the smittybuilt tag,next to the american flag velcro pach..didnt seem right

I purchased seat covers for a Jeep. Once they were received there was a stain on the rear seat cover. Ee called to request a replacement and a message. We had not heard anything for nearly 10 days so we called back. The gentleman was very kind and courteous and asked tgat we email him photos of the stain. That same day we did so. Several days went by with no response. We emailed again. ..no response. We called again and he said no problem he would send a new one. A few days later we get 2 getting seat covers in the mail. We call back and leave a message staying that it was our rear bench seat cover that was stained, 4 days go by and we call again as there was no reply. We leave another message. A week his by without a word, we call again and they agree to send the rear seat cover. A few days later we did receive the correct one. Although the gentleman was kind, and we have spare front seat covers, we would have appreciated a timely reply to our numerous messages
