I purchased their winch set up for my Jeep and quality and craftsmanship was right on point. Very happy with not only the visual aspects of the product, but also the functionality. Round up using it to helpful another vehicle on the trail out and it performed as it should. It was my first product from Smitty built, but definitely will not be my last.

Hey Smittybuilt people I love the side steps and grill guard I bought from you, I had no trouble installing all of them and thought they looked good and they have already been put to use!! The only thing I didn't care for was the fact they were all made in China?? Let's bring some of these jobs back to America?? Then the ignorant POS that we have to call a president can take all the glory for getting more Americans employed!! Thank you for prompt delivery and products were in very good condition!

Easy installation. No clearence issue's with the stock spare tire mount with the 32x10.5. I ordered the hammered finish and like it, but has chipped off in a couple spots.

The product was as described however I thought your shipping charge was awful due to light weight of the product. A winch cover.

I ordered a Smittybilt XRC10 Winch online for my husband for Christmas. When the package arrived it was in very poor condition. The box was practically falling apart, there were pieces of the remote control broken all over inside the box, the wiring was all smached and had exposed wires, and it seemed that there were pieces missing. It looked like someone had dropped it down a flight of stairs. I contacted the customer service department, they told me to send them pictures of the damage and they would then file a claim with UPS and UPS would then have 8 days to come pick up the damaged package at my house. Once the damaged package had been received they would ship a new one. Within a week of sending the pictures a new winch in perfect condition was delivered. They didn't even wait for UPS to pick up the damaged one. On top of it, we were unexpectedy signed up for a free year subscription to their 4x4 magazine. We didn't have to pay anything to ship the damaged package back either. My parents went through a similar situation with a different company and they ended up just having to eat the cost of the damaged product and they never even received a replacement so I was a little nervous about how this might play out. I was pleasantly surprised at the professional, courteous, and expedient manner in which this issue was handled and resolved. Thanks Smittybilt for making a stressful situation much easier than it could have been.

The pads look great but had some difficulties installing them because one must remove the fittings from the old pads. These fittings should come with the new product

Bought the stainless step bars for my '12 DoubleCab Tacoma. I knew the bars for earlier models wouldn't fit. Mine fit well....meaning they sent me the correct item. Sounds simple, but sometimes these things go awry. Good product too. Only thing that would make it better? If they were made in the USA, not China. That's disappointing.
