Attempted to buy a Smittybilt roll cage for my 2007 JK Wrangler. My credit card was charged for the full amount of order, then I was told the roll bar would not be available until "Sometime in the summer". I could not get a realistic date item would be available or a reason for it not being available. Had to have my account credited.

Well, product was ordered and paid for 3 weeks ago and have received nothing and tried to follow up and got the no help person when I called Smittybuilt.

The pads look great but had some difficulties installing them because one must remove the fittings from the old pads. These fittings should come with the new product

Front and rear classic to replace tube bumpers. Needed someplace to put a winch and have some tow points. Everyone tells me not to use the front hooks, with the winch I shouldn't have too. Had to drop the gas tank to put second set of bolts in rear bumper, not a big deal but made it more than an hour to install. Front bumper fits so perfectly over the frame that there is not room to get front winch bolts in w/o taking bumper off. You have to go ahead like you can get bolts in first so you have a template to drill the bumper. Not a problem again, just takes more time. Looks good and is a real solid mount.

Bought the stainless step bars for my '12 DoubleCab Tacoma. I knew the bars for earlier models wouldn't fit. Mine fit well....meaning they sent me the correct item. Sounds simple, but sometimes these things go awry. Good product too. Only thing that would make it better? If they were made in the USA, not China. That's disappointing.

Nothing has went wrong with the winch and I have used it numbers of times, only thing that needs to be changed is you need to start sending decals with your products so we can show our support for your company on our rides
