Great Smittybuilt winch cradle!!
Recently received my winch cradle. Far better than expected for the price, heavy duty! Great price, fast shipping, could not ask for a better product or company to deal with.

Very friendly customer service and did exactly what I asked
After I put my order into Smittybuilt I rrecieved a call from the shipping or ordering dept. they said it would cost almost $500 to have my order shipped to Juneau Alaska. I asked them if they could deliver it to a Seattle barge company at a lower rate. Bottom line it only cost $50 for shipping. I bought a front bumper for a Toyota 4 runner in 1990. I was impressed with the quality then and I am more impressed now. This rear bumper I bought is freaking hot.

Ordered 2 items and was very impressed how quick it came in to my home. One thing i would like to see a change on the purchase amount to exceed in order to get free shipping. I have 2 jeeps and need to order several items for re-conditions. Other than that keep up the great work!

Do not order from here very manipulative with it being in stock and when your order will ship, I had to wait a month then they changed it to three months after charging my account!
I ordered a bow assembly kit and later received a email stating it was on back order and would take two to four weeks to get in. I did not mind so I waited. I was told my product would ship as soon as they charged my account. Four weeks later my account was charged and assumed it was on its way. Another week passed so I sent an email and they stated "the charge on your account was to hold your place in line" and that the NEW estimated time of arrival for the out of stock item was in summer of 2013! That was three MORE months away. Unacceptable in my opinion so I got onto there web site and looked up the item I order and long behold it still stated to be "IN STOCK AND READY TO SHIP"! I emailed there customer service asking why it still said this and got an email stating my question was very valuable to them and they would answer the question in 24 hours. I never got a reply. VERY MANIPULATIVE and UNPROFESSIONAL! I had my money returned and will never order from them again.
