Had a little problem with steering, contacted customer service and little WD 40 helped. No problems with steering anymore. Since we live in Canada, customized canopy was not an option so we had a piece missing in the front but wonderful customer service helped us with that too, we paid for the shipping cost and got customized canopy too, even though it says on the website that they don't deliver in Canada. Thank you so much for everything ❤️😊

My niece had two smarTrikes for her twins. They were a gift so she didn't have the purchase info. Both bikes had a problem with the disc brakes. I contacted customer service on her behalf and they were very helpful. They ended up sending me free replacement parts which were easy to install. The bikes are back in action and everyone was happy. Great customer service, even without supporting documentation of the sale.

Hello guys, I bought a SmarTrike from SmarTrike website so when I opened I seen some problems with front wheel, I contacted SmarTrike and I sent them a video and pictures about problem with my trike and after couple of days I received an email : Dear sir , Thank you for your patience, It was decided to exchange the whole item for you as there could be an internal assembly issue that is not letting the front wheel move freely. Therefore, we would like to book a courier pick up, for this, please confirm which day of the week we could book this. Have a great day! Best Regards, David Customer Experience smarTrike After a lot of emails sent back to them with days when courier can come to pick up our trike I haven’t received anything back so I sent them a few emails again to see what happened and nothing back. I call customer service I give them all details and experience number which is 00083367 and they told me to wait 1business day to to be contacted and nothing again. I made my send call after couple of days and same story. I decided to put my solicitor to deal with them because is not possible to purchase an item and my baby can’t used. Next time I will think twice before I purchase anything from this company. Thanks Septimiu After I posted this review with 1Star, funny enough a really nice person named Ira, from customer service contact me and I was asked if I wanted a refund or a new SmarTrike so I decided to give another chance and I said a SmarTrike so after couple of days I received a new SmarTrike and old one was collected. In all this time when they processed this replacement I was informed all the time with replacement status and this is how a customer service should be. I decided to change my rating from 1 star to 3 star but only because I was treated like every customer should be when they purchase something online and they need something after sale. Talk about great customer service. I received my smarTike as a gift for my daughter. The front wheel wasnt working properly so i emailed customer service. I received a reply immediately, after providing some information they sent me a replacement wheel, no hassle! I love when a company takes pride in making sure the customer is happy.

I bought my son a smartrike a year ago. The parent handle broke and I contacted customer services for a replacement which was sent out within a week. A pleasure to deal with which is a rarity these days. Excellent service and keep up the good work!

I reciewed my trike as a gift and there was a part missing. I sent en email to customer service who quickly replied and said they would send the spare parts. 10 days later i got it. Great service.

My Grandaughter loves her SmarTrike. She gets so much attention when being pushed in it. Great alternative to a traditional stroller!!!!

Smartrike products and customer service are amazing, I was blown away by how helpful they were! Our smartrike had a squeaky wheel and they immediately sent me a replacement wheel. My son loves his trike, we take it everywhere! I have never worked with a customer service who was so quick to respond and helpful, I highly recommend this company!
