Thank you for sharing your concern and bringing the log-in issue to our attention. Our dev team is currently looking into it. Also, our site’s filter may occasionally place a hold on reviews written by new accounts. This is due to a prevalence of bot accounts popping up for the sole purpose of leaving false reviews, whether positive or negative. We do apologize for this inconvenience and hope you understand.

Sitejabber doesn’t spotlight negative reviews over positive ones either. It is important to note that businesses are not required to have paid accounts in order to manage reviews. Any business can register for free. We would also like to clarify that we do not charge businesses to remove reviews. There is a possibility that your reviews have not been removed but have been filtered. Our review filter uses an algorithm that attempts to display only the most relevant content by screening certain reviews. As for your point about Google reviews – Sitejabber reviews aren’t syndicated to Google unless this option is activated on a selected plan. It’s also important to note that consumers who leave reviews directly via Google will have those reviews show under the Google Business Profile, but they won’t be duplicated on Sitejabber. This way, reviews can be representative of unique customers and not artificially inflated cross-platforms.
