TERRIBLE SITE to use for reviews, they don't display reviews
TERRIBLE SITE to use for reviews. We've been using this as a business, we saw we had a few negative reviews on SiteJabber and we decided to start asking all our customers for valid reviews in order to show our true quality of work. To our surprise, we had a lot of customers confirming reviews even with screenshots and none of them showed up on SiteJabber, even if they had a lot of details and proofs of purchase. It's like 1 in 30 reviews get published or even less. I wouldn't bother with it when there are a lot of competitors out there where you can get your customers to genuinely review your business and have the reviews displayed.

We're so sorry to hear about this experience. All reviews are normally published after 48 hours. However, Sitejabber removes potentially fraudulent reviews. Reasons reviews might be filtered include: suspected solicited reviews in violation of our terms of service, suspected site-promotion spam (positive reviews), suspected competitor spam (negative reviews), language use, irrelevant content, and other terms of service violations. If you’d like to track the reviews you collect, and ensure they are published, please use one of our free, verified review collection tools.

They deleted all my reviews randomly. I even had proof of purchases. They are terrible.

Living at Quail Ridge
It has been home for a very long time. Neighborhood is good and decent access to everything needed. Stores, bank, hwy exits etc… Office managers have been very kind and get business done. Maintenance crew is on it! Care for inside apartments, buildings and grounds. Grateful to call it home. Wooten Company Property.

Unethical company
Dodgy company! Writes negative reviews about your company and then expects you to pay to respond to those reviews? No chance I'm paying for this crap.

Do not create your company account on sitejabber, they will screw your buisness
I am extremely disappointed with Sitejabber’s services. Despite paying a substantial amount for their premium offerings, I have found that they consistently fail to publish positive reviews while negative reviews are posted almost immediately. This has led to a skewed and unfair representation of businesses. The lack of transparency and biased handling of reviews is frustrating and has severely affected my trust in their platform. I expected more from a service I invested in, but Sitejabber has unfortunately not lived up to its promises. I would not recommend their services to anyone looking for a fair and balanced review platform.

Spam
I received multiple emails from sitejabber with links to "confirm that my order was received," then the link takes me to the store's review page on trustpilot. Not sure if the store wrote the emails themselves or if they paid sitejabber for reviews. Either way sitejabber at least facilities the spam and it comes from their domain.
