Amazing place to buy Instagram followers and likes. I have been using them for about a month now and I can already see great results. Exceptional service, cheap price, highly recommended.

Hey Matthew, thanks for the review, however, this may have been left in the wrong place. :) We’re happy to help get this published on our site, sitejabber.com, under the correct company - please reach out to us at [email protected].

I wrote reviews of Etsy and Temu. In order for those reviews to get published on its website, Sitejabber wants access to my facebook account, friends list, date of birth and my Temu order number. If I don't give it to them, they won't publish the reviews. It's an invasion of privacy. No review site needs that much of a users personal info just to write reviews.

Thank you for reaching out to us. We would like to provide some clarification regarding the account creation and login process. While users have the option to create or log into an account using Facebook, it is not mandatory. Alternatively, you can also register or submit a review using your email address. Please note that Temu.com does require an order number for their organic review survey. This is done to enable businesses to identify the reviews and offer appropriate support. Lastly, we do ask for your date of birth since users of this site need to be 18 and over.

This is definitely not a reliable website for looking honest and real reviews and I have a proof for this everyone interested can check it in parentafinancialservicesltd.com review on Sitejabber. I did my research regarding mentioned company and most reviews on different websites including trustpilot were alarming except Sitejabber. To date 28 SEP 2023, 10 reviews and only 1 positive on Trustpilot. Sitejabber 26 reviews and almost all positive. Sitejabber declares all suspicious reviews are flagged by algorithms, moderators and community members but there are TWO IDENTICAL reviews from Arthur S. August 30th 2023 and Eustacia A. August 9th 2023. ( "I think that PARENTA FINANCIAL SERVICES LIMITED is better than many companies if only because they are not scammers but personally I don't see any significant advantages of PARENTA FINANCIAL SERVICES LIMITED as a company. I want to emphasize that this is my opinion. My trading results with PARENTA FINANCIAL SERVICES LIMITED were not bad but not good either, i.e. Absolutely neutral. ") I would attach screenshots, but seems like trustpilot don't have option for adding pictures or just can't find it. Well... Don't be fooled. Regards

Sitejabber are a fraudulent scam company that posts bad reviews to a business, then asks you to pay them so you can manage things.
Response from SmartCustomerSep 22, 2023
Hi Paul, we appreciate the opportunity to address this. Honest, authentic reviews on Sitejabber are at the heart of what we do – both the positive and negative ones. Every review on Sitejabber is provided by the public and we do not post reviews on businesses ourselves. Every business can also register for free and monitor reviews using our suite of tools. Please also note that whether a business has a free or paid plan, we don’t take down legitimate reviews. Removal of negative reviews can only be done if the reviewer violates our Terms of Service – see https://www.sitejabber.com/faq#fake. If you suspect any reviews to be fraudulent, you can easily report them. Should you have any additional inquiries, please don't hesitate to contact us at [email protected]. We are more than willing to assist you.

super biased reviews platform when you hit over 50 reviews forget about getting new reviews anymore they will keep fly over you and push you with unethical tactics to go for upgrade and use their useless premium service
Response from SmartCustomerSep 19, 2023
Hey Don, we apologize for the frustration this may have caused you. We'd like to clarify that we do not restrict the visibility of reviews once a business reaches 50 reviews. On our free plan, you can send up to 50 review requests per month, but this limit applies only to the number of requests you can send. If you could kindly email us your business details at [email protected], we'd be more than happy to assist you further.

This site is used by a lot of scammers, I have a company and I have fake bad reviews left there, now the scammers want me to pay to remove their ingenuine review from them. Screw this
Response from SmartCustomerSep 7, 2023
Hey Max, thank you for getting in touch. We truly apologize for the frustration you must be experiencing. Dealing with fake reviews can indeed be quite exasperating. In fact, the more popular the review platform, the more it attracts fraudulent reviews – and sadly, every prominent review platform is dealing with this. Sitejabber uses sophisticated algorithms to detect patterns of fake reviews, and we rely on our community to flag suspicious content. We also have a dedicated, live moderation team that assesses reported reviews – this manual process means it can take 5-10 business days to process removal requests. If you're still seeing fraudulent reviews on your business profile, please reach out to us at [email protected] so we can help.

I wrote a review which was published. I wanted to make a minor grammatical correction to the review using the button link provided. Neither that button nor any of the other suggestions found through Google would take me to an edit window. Now I am so annoyed that I would like to delete my account and the only review that I have written and cannot do that either. It's difficult to have faith in any site that works so badly.
Response from SmartCustomerSep 5, 2023
Hi there, thank you for sharing your concern. Reviews are generally posted within 48 hours, but some may be flagged for further review which can take up to 30 days. One of the possible triggers for this delay is when a review comes from a brand new account. This is to counter any potential use of bots leaving false reviews, whether positive or negative. If you have any further questions, please send us more details at [email protected] and we'd be happy to look into your review further. We do apologize for this inconvenience and hope you understand!

Any one use or heard of jaberpoint ,jaberwokie review or jabberblaber or any other jabber site? Do they swap and change to cause you issues?, Don't publish any reviews and their reviews are so biased they don't care, and I don't care if they read this. They don't care about your reviews. connected to other known scam sites with the jabber name? connected to site's and app that change via a web browser virus, a new company old company? Want you to believe everything you see or hear. Decide if doing business with site jabber suits you. does an untrusted pilot that has a destination unknown. Allowing unrelated spam reviews of sites that have nothing to do with the site, is this all so a site jabber site with a different name? I'll leave that for you too decide. Read other reviews. Got an issues with this review then leave a reply, explan how it's incorrect.
Response from SmartCustomerSep 7, 2023
Hi, we appreciate the opportunity to clarify this misunderstanding. Sitejabber is not affiliated with any other business or website, including anything with the word “jabber” or “jaber”. To address possible missing reviews: Reviews are generally posted within 48hrs but can be held for further review up to 30 days for reasons such as a brand new account with no prior review history. We take review authenticity and transparency very seriously, are FTC compliant, and strictly adhere to Google Reviews policies. Hope this helps.
