The food has a sand texture, dry, and crumbly. Has a funny smell like nutritional yeast. Cats never fully got onboard with it. Priced high for small packs of heavily cooked, not raw, cat food. Shipping and delivery is a joke too.

I used smalls at the end of my cats life. We had so much trouble finding something he enjoyed. He loved Smalls. When we lost him I had just gotten a month of food. They refunded me for it and asked for me to donate it. THEN about a month later they sent me a plant with condolences. When we do get another cat I will be using them again. Wonderful service.

My cat wouldn’t eat it at all. I was hopeful after reading all reviews but he just walked away from all the ways I tried. I gave up and tried to cancel my subscription but was told my next shipment was already being processed. I received that shipment and paid for it. I donated the whole shipment to our local humane society.

They responded and even offered contact with a two legged!

Well, I was able to get my order and get it shipped earlier. They help me through a couple of errors on the app. Everything worked out fantastic. Thank you so much the only thing my cat wants.💕

My cat does not like your food at all. I wasted my money trying the foods.

I forgot to cancel an order that was already placed. They were kind enough to cancel the order for me. They also got back to me that same day.

Our cat just did not like this. Tried transitioning to those over the course of a couple of months. Our packages, especially the “pulled” versions had a freezer burned texture. Also the food on the commercial loos very appetizing but the reality is quite different. Usually a dull grey color. Pate style. Not juicy AT ALL. Our cat eats only a small amount of wet food. Was terrible but pretty expensive to throw away at least 50% daily.
