My cat Charlotte absolutely loves this food! She was having issues with vomiting almost every other day with her dry food and began licking her fur off. After several vet visits, multiple different dry foods , medications and lots of money spent with no improvement. I decided to try Smalls --She has improved dramatically in the last 3 months. Her fur has grown back and is soft and shiny. She is well hydrated and looks forward to meal times. The food comes on time and in a secure dry ice container. The Smalls customer service is very responsive. I only wish we had come up on this much earlier !! My one and only suggestion is to relook at the plastic packaging the food comes in to make it more earth friendly.

I had an issue with my starter order, it arrived room temperature so I had to discard it. And they resent a second order asap with extraordinary customer service & kindness. That is so appreciated these days! Thank you so much.

It's a good system for ordering. I like that it is all natural and when the cats eat it, they eat the whole serving. They don't leave little bits behind like they do with other foods. It's gratifying to see all five of our kitties enjoying it. I started getting Smalls for my 18-year- old girl who doesn't like alot of cat foods. She likes it.

I really enjoy seeing how happy my cat is now at meal time. He loves his smalls food. I just thought he was a picky eater before Smalls but I was wrong. I was just buying the wrong food for him. He loves meal time now. He adores his Smalls food. He literally licks the bowl clean. It does cost more than his other food but he wasn't eating very well so I will be sticking with Smalls because I want what is best for my cat's health and happiness so I will do my best to keep it within my budget :)

CATS LOST INTEREST IN THE FOOD. You need to have an option of getting just 7 packets instead of 14. Even with 2 cats it took more than 3 weeks to use it all.

The food is great, easy to defrost. My cats love it! when I reached out with questions received answers right away.
