Thank you so much for this glowing review! We are so happy to hear that Rascal adores Smalls and that the transition from cans has been such a positive change for your household. Since we use real, human-grade ingredients without the heavy processing found in traditional canned food, it really does make a difference in the kitchen. It’s also great to hear that you’ve found the water thawing trick helpful—it's one of our favorite tips for busy cat parents! We truly appreciate your kind words about our team. While we strive for perfection, we know glitches can happen, and we’re glad we could make things right for you and Rascal whenever they did. Knowing you feel grateful to feed them our food is the highest compliment we could receive 😸

What an incredible journey you and your girl have been through! Thank you so much for sharing such a heartfelt and detailed review. It is heartbreaking to hear that she struggled for so long, but finding out that Smalls was the miracle she needed to stop the vomiting and clear up that chronic diarrhea is exactly why we do what we do. It’s a testament to how powerful a clean, nutrient-dense diet can be—especially for a cat with a sensitive system where even a small formula change in commercial food can cause a flare-up. I love that you pointed out the value, too! It’s a common surprise for our customers that because the food is so packed with high-quality protein and zero fillers, cats often feel satisfied on a smaller amount of food. Seeing her gain healthy weight is the ultimate sign that she is finally absorbing the nutrition she needs. We promise to keep up the hard work to ensure our recipes stay clean and consistent for her 😸

Thank you so much for being such a loyal customer of Smalls for the past few years! It is wonderful to hear that even after all this time, your cat is still thriving and looking forward to every single meal. A silkier coat and increased energy are the classic signs of a cat getting the high-quality, fresh nutrition they deserve—it’s like they’re glowing from the inside out. We are also so glad to hear that the packaging and delivery notifications are working smoothly for you. We know how important it is to have that peace of mind regarding when your fresh food will arrive 😸

Thank you so much for this honest and hilarious review! We understand the struggle is real—especially with long-haired cats—and we are so relieved to hear that Smalls has brought peace (and cleanliness) back to your home. It is actually quite common for cats to react poorly to the high processing and "mystery" fillers in standard recipes, so hearing that she is thriving on our fresh food is wonderful news. It sounds like the high-quality protein and lack of additives were exactly what her digestion needed. There is nothing like the relief of putting a bowl down and knowing it’s going to be finished without a fight. We know we are a premium choice, and we’re so grateful that the results for your cats have made it a worthwhile investment for you 😸

We hear your frustration loud and clear, and I am so incredibly sorry that you’re dealing with this! Especially when you're worried about the food staying fresh. While we can't personally drive the truck (though we wish we could!), please know that our team is 100% on your side. When a carrier lets you down, we want to make it right. If a delay causes the food to spoil, just let us know. We will replace or refund those items immediately. We are constantly evaluating our shipping partners and truly appreciate your kind words about our team and your patience. We love having you as a customer, and we’ll continue to do everything in our power to support you from our end.

I hear your frustration loud and clear, and I want to sincerely apologize for the shock and the "unauthorized" feel of that charge. It is discouraging to feel like you’ve been trapped in a subscription when your cat didn’t even enjoy the trial to begin with. When you sign up for a Sampler, it starts a subscription that triggers a full-sized box exactly 2 weeks later. If that window passes without a manual cancellation or update, the system processes the order. We try to be as transparent as possible about this during checkout, but we know that life gets busy. I’m happy to report that you have already received your refund. Nonetheless, we appreciate you giving us a try, even if it wasn't the right fit for your cat 😸

I am so sorry to hear that it didn't work out! It’s always a bit of a heartbreak when you invest in high-quality nutrition, and your cats treat it like something that belongs in the litter box. Your feedback on the packaging is very fair. Because our food is fresh and vacuum-sealed to stay that way without preservatives, the plastic can be a bit of a challenge to navigate, especially when you're trying to portion out specific amounts for multiple cats. We are always looking for ways to improve the user experience, so I will make sure our team hears your thoughts. It sounds like you really gave it your best shot, and I’m glad our team was able to offer some tips, even if your cats remained unimpressed. At the end of the day, every cat has their own very specific preferences, and we appreciate you being willing to try a healthier concept for them 😸

We appreciate the feedback! That is such a great point. Since cats naturally have a low thirst drive, the high moisture content in our fresh food is a huge advantage. It’s also fantastic to hear that they’re feeling that "Smalls energy" boost. When they get high-quality, real protein without the fillers, it really shows in how they play and move!
