Thank you so much for the glowing recommendation! We know that choosing a premium food is an investment, so hearing that you find the variety and quality to be "so so worth the cost" means the world to us. We strive to make the human side of things—shipping and account management—as simple and fast as possible so you can spend less time clicking and more time bonding with your fur babies. We are so happy to be the go-to choice for your household 😸✨

This is such a beautiful tribute to the bond you share with Apple! It’s clear she isn't just a pet, but a true member of the family and your top priority. Knowing that we get to help nourish someone so special to you is a responsibility we take seriously. It’s wonderful to hear that Apple is already showing an increase in her energy levels! We are also so glad that our team could step in and support you when things didn't go perfectly with an order—we always want to make sure the process is as smooth as possible so you can focus on spending time with her. Thank you for choosing Smalls to help Apple live her best, most energetic life 😸

This is such a powerful and moving story! Thank you so much for sharing your journey with us. Hairless cats are known for having sensitive skin and unique metabolic needs. It’s a true testament to her resilience and your dedication to her health. When the gut is healthy, the skin often follows. Knowing that our food played a role in getting her off medication and, most importantly, bringing out her happiness is the greatest compliment we could ever receive. She sounds like a very special girl who finally found the perfect home and the perfect fuel! We are so honored to be her forever food 😸

I am so sorry for the frustration this has caused, both regarding the texture of the food and the unexpected charge. This is certainly not the experience we want for you or your cat. It sounds like you may have received our Ground or Smooth recipes. Because we use real meat without the gums and thickeners found in many commercial brands, the texture can be quite different—sometimes more dense —than traditional wet food. I also want to apologize for the surprise of the second shipment. Smalls is a subscription service, and the Sampler is designed to transition into a full subscription after two weeks. We aim to communicate this throughout the checkout process and via email, but I understand how upsetting it is when you weren't expecting it. However, we do offer a 100% Money-Back Guarantee on the initial Sampler pack if your cat won't eat it. Feel free to reach out 😸

That is exactly what we love to hear! It’s always a win when the food arrives fast and gets the immediate "seal of approval" from your cat. The transition is so much easier when they dive right in from day one! We're thrilled that your first experience was a success 😸
