I adopted an underweight senior cat who didn’t seem to get very much love. She has no teeth and missing part of her tongue. I love the smalls wet food packets and the licks tubes not only because she get impatient when I’m warming it up and devours it immediately but because of the natural ingredients and I know she’s getting the nutrients she needs. I’ve only had her on smalls for 2 weeks now and I’ve already seen crazy improvements not only in her personality but her coat is getting fluffy and long again and it keeps her fuller longer and she’s been finally putting on weight.

1.) They won't allow family purchases so not all our cats were able to try 2.) Customer service can be rude and unresponsive 3.) They charge you $149 and won't process the refund for weeks 4.) it's a 50% chance it will come spolied and/or not delivered at all

The customer service was pretty bad, along with not receiving my order the first time. My sister ended up ordering a sampler box as well and they shut down our accounts haha. They think everyone is trying to steal their cat food which is very odd so if you all live on the same property you cannot get more than one. No family can purchase either. Lastly, they will charge you $149 unexpectedly. 100% not worth the experience it brings!

Terrible experience because my cats did not like the food and I THOUGHT I just ordered a SAMPLE box but they automatically thru checkout have a clause apparently so you are roped in!!! So watch out new people—- they may rope you in and then say they can’t refund you!!! Hard to believe this sneaky world!!!

I have not ordered anything from your company, my cat has died. I just want to let you know, I LOVE your commercial. Every time the dog says, "let me tell you about my cat" , I laugh. It's the best commercial. Thank you for making my day. Barbara Adam - age 93

My 14 year old diabetic cat is much happier and more like her old self with Smalls. Her poo used to stink up the house. Now no smell. Great product!

My cats love it and are gravitating more towards it than the pro plan canned I give them, I also notice softer smoother fur since they've been eating it .
