Doubts about Smalls
I have many doubts about Smalls cat food company. I feel as though they are not being honest and up front. When you go to their homepage, it says to login or take a quiz. There is no option to set up an account so, how do you login without an account? Instead, it gives you an option to login or take a quiz. When you put in your email, it says “get a link to login.” Click that and it gives you a “Magic Link” (whatever that is). Click on Magic Link and nothing happens. Doesn’t make any sense. Below that, it lists a text number in very small print (which I haven’t tried yet) and their email address. I did send an email and got no response. In order to get anywhere from there, you have to take the quiz which are just questions about your cat(s). After answering all the questions, they want you to buy a sampler package. That’s it. There’s no option to order individual items. So, I bought their sampler package for my ailing 14-year-old female and now I would like to buy some individual items that she will eat, but there isn’t an option to do that. She will not eat all of the varieties they sent me and only likes the ground bird and bird treats. My male cat won’t touch it at all. I’m beginning to think there is a scam going on here. I would love to just set up an account and go to the homepage when I want to reorder INDIVIDUAL items. I do not want automatic shipments. Any, anyway, it’s not clear where to go to cancel autoship even if I did that. Apparently, they do sell it in stores so I will probably go that route. However, my only question is how long has it been sitting in the store? I assume it is frozen so that may not be an issue.
