Great quality. We immediately saw a difference with coat shine, the smell of breath and poops of our cat. He got used to his new food quickly but is not a fan of the freezed-dried kibble. On the pricey side though for cat food, which is why I put only 4 stars. It's an investment

Sample package was beautifully done. The tupperware is great and the toppers were a nice surprise addition. My fussy kids are loving the chicken and kibble, Turkey not quite so fast to go but still eaten. Overall very happy and will continue my sub.

During the food transition, my cats immediately started eating this food before even touching their old food. Because they were already eating a chicken-based, human grade, fresh food, the transition went perfectly with no gastrointestinal upset. I also love that the packaging is so much more environmentally friendly than the food we used before. Also, our previous food servings were radically inconsistent. The Smalls packaging is consistent. Love not having to weigh out each meal.

In my most recent shipment, the plastic packaging of the wet food was sealed incorrectly - it wouldn't tear open. Besides that, I'm very pleased with smalls!
