SmallsReviews of smalls.com

I am stopping my subscription immediately today. My three cats will not eat this food. They don’t even care for the dry or the treats for me it’s not a good investment. I will go back to blue science diet and Iams

My cat, Nellie, has an undeveloped kidney and it is important that she drink water regularly. The Smalls diet seems to stimulate her to drink more water. More importantly, she was losing weight on other diets and now she dives into her food with gusto. Neither of my cats are throwing up on the carpet which was the case when they were eating even high quality commercial food. The packaging makes it easy to serve and the shipping containers consider environmentally degradable insulating materials. All in all, I am pleased with how both cats have responded to the moist food and the kibble. The output in the litter box seems to be better -- with their prior diet it was sometimes runny.

My cat Zoey absolutely LOVES this food and I feel secure that it is way more healthier for her than the conventional store bought canned foods, which I am sure shorten an animal's life span.

Your website experience could definitely be improved. I had trouble viewing my order, delivery timeline, and subscription. The email summary had several line items that didn’t have a description, but when I reached out to the smalls support team via text, they were very responsive and helped me untangle things quickly. A+ on the support team. I see that you don’t seem to have an easy way to cancel a subscription online. To be frank, my own company does exactly this, and I think it’s a really crappy way to achieve metrics. If I could change it with my own company, I would. As a consumer, I think it really sucks to prioritize win back opportunity over consumer autonomy. That said, the quality of food is great, we’re happy to be introducing some more liquid into her diet in an organic way. Happy to be on the expensive cat food train, we love this little beast and hope she appreciates the thought we’ve put into making sure she’s happy and comfortable.

My cats love it! It actually keeps them full too. They would have to have twice as many, if not more, servings of their old food. I'm very happy I switched!

I’m happy with the products but I received the chicken dinner instead of the chicken pate. I have emailed the company this evening, so I’m sure I will get a response tomorrow.

It truly is a great product. My cat loves almost all the variations and that is rare. She of course goes nuts for the magic dust on other foods as well. Prior to this I tried SIX variations of a raw food diet and sadly my girl wasn't having it. At best she licks the magic dust off the raw food and then stops eating it altogether. I appreciate the long tubes of Smalls food rather than cans- it seems like a lot less waste. But we go through tubes like crazy nonetheless. The individual portions and marks on the container must be for kittens because my cat is very hungry until she eats at least three portions each meal for several weeks now. At $9 a sleeve it makes this food VERY expensive, even when compared to high end wet food, so that's a little tricky. But my 11 year old cat is eating REALLY well and she loves the food so there you have it!

Good quality from what I can see/smell, and cat loves it...her poo hasn’t been stinky at all once we switched to Smalls. It’s the closest I can get to raw feeding at this time.
