Absolutely fantastic products - my cats who can all be pretty picky love this stuff. Especially my older 16 year old who is so fussy hes been known to turn down canned tuna - what cat does that? But he loves the turkey and chicken offerings from Smalls!

I love the service and the product. My cat loves the food and the break down of ingredients and info you provide before purchase made it easy to compare his old food and relate it to his prescription food intake to get the correct balance. The only drawback was that the trial says it is for 2 weeks and the plan would be set to auto charge and ship in time for his refill if we did nothing. We set everything up, and had the order ready to be filled and the auto ship date was set to be filled for 14 days. We didn’t realize this included another 1-2 for fill and another 2-3 for shipping. But the issue is the trial does not feed for 14 days. Each wet food pack has 10 servings not 14. So a trial of a total calorie serving to feed the cat 3x a day runs out on day 10. Even with gradual introduction the calories included in the trail don’t stretch that long. So we had just gotten our guy completely on Smalls and had to put him back on the other food for almost a week. Normally it wouldn’t be a problem but it did make some intestinal sensitivity causing vomiting. Again not a big deal we were just hoping the transition would be smoother and believed the No Fuss wording when we set up our trial. The product is 100%! I just wish you clarified that it would feed for 10 days with translation not 14 and that the order time is actually 1 week not 2 days. Or change the auto ship after the trial to be sent at like 10 days dude to processing and shipping.

First time trying my youngest couldn't stop eating. My oldest wouldn't touch it until he got use to it.. It wasn't much the taste I believe it was smell..so of course I mixed his old food and now all he wants is the smalls. And talk about Energy. These two have Energy everyday ❤❤❤ use to be where they would lay down and get board and frustrated but now they wanna play and interact. And their bowel movements don't smell at all. I Love Smalls I really do. Normally I don't like doing reviews but for your fur babies.. You have to make the switch. I love my fur children.. And I wasn't gonna try smalls but im glad I did. My oldest cat is acting much playful and happy. Tears me up Thank you Guys. 💛!

My cat loves this food, which is the most important thing! It's healthy and cost effective, so overall I'm satisfied. It was a little difficult to figure out exactly how much to order for my plan as I'm not great with math and had to do some to figure out calories & quantities. My only other complaint: the packaging for the fresh food is really difficult to open.

Customer service has gotten back to me in a timely manner. Although, there are some major issues they should fix, the quality of the food is great!

Hi Brianna, Kate here. I just sent you an email and Facebook message, but I thought I would follow up here with you as well. I want to sincerely apologize again for the error in our system that caused this partial order to process today-- our web team has been alerted and is investigating the issue as we speak. In the meantime, I can confirm that the order has of course been cancelled and fully refunded. This is certainly not an experience we would ever want one of our customers to go through and we absolutely want to make this right for you. I hope to hear back from you soon!

My cat loves it! She has allergies which flares up her eyes and this has seemed to help significantly over the last month.

I was not sure the cats would be persuaded. I knew we were spending so much on cat food that they would not eat; however, we are pleasantly surprised that they eat it and eat more of it than they did of the other. I like that it is better for them than what we were purchasing. They both seem to be losing weight and have more energy.
