Excellent service. The site was wonderful and easy to use. The food was beyond anything my kitty has tasted! Strongly recommend.

Our two tabbies love every flavor of Smalls. They seem to be awfully frisky in the last few months. Lastly, their coats have gotten markedly softer and their colors have really deepened.

Great products! The freeze-dried giblets are a hit with this cat family. At first, my cat liked the wet foods from Smalls, but now he doesn't. Unfortunately, I'm now stuck with 5 frozen food containers that my cat won't eat (you're required to buy 6 if you subscribe). I hope that Smalls will reconsider this as time goes on. That's the only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5. Anyway, their dissolvable insulation packaging is great and much appreciated!

Full disclosure, I have only received two shipments of Smalls so far. Overall love this company. Love what they are doing. My cat goes nuts for the food every meal. I like knowing exactly what my cat is eating and that it is fresh high quality food. My only issue is with the packaging. It does have an "easy open" tab but I have not found it easy to open. I struggle with the packaging for a few minutes, then hand it to my partner who struggles for a few minutes, and then we resort to cutting it open. Not a huge issue in the scheme of things but thought it was worth sharing.

The sample pack is great to be able to try out some different foods to see if the cats enjoy it. I didn't like the plastic container with the silicone top. I liked the concept but the top was very difficult to close, secure and make air tight.

The quality of this food is amazing. My cats flock to it, and I feel great about giving it to them. I also want to express how phenomenal the customer service is. I was asking extremely detailed questions about food ingredients to help me decide to purchase, and the representatives were all friendly, patient, and incredible at helping me understand the food and my kitties' needs. I only gave 4 stars instead of 5, because when I received my emailed receipt, I noticed the shipping fee is $10. I didn't realize it would be this much, and would have liked to know up front so I could calculate better for my budget. Thank you smalls!

I love this company and the food. My foster cat likes the food and I like that I don't have to open cans everyday. The packaging is very thoughtful and dissolving insulation saves the landfill. We just started and "we" are looking forward to trying different flavors.
