Everything about Smalls was great,delivery, food quality, and customer service. Unfortunately my kitties simply wouldn't eat it.

I have a cat who has been diagnosed with irritable bowl disease. I was hoping that a natural food diet would ease some of her symptoms. Unfortunately I couldn't get her or one of my other cats to eat it at all. I tried waiting until they were very hungry and even that didn't work.

Smalls is amazing! I never thought I could get my boys off friskies, I’d tried so many different kinds of food and they wouldn’t eat them but they love Smalls! The process they recommended for transitioning from their current food is super easy and helpful, it might take awhile but trust me, eventually they’ll get used to it. My cats have been eating Smalls for just over a month now and the most noticeable differences so far are that their litter box is wayyy less stinky, and my slightly chunkier cat seems to have slimmed down.I feel good about feeding my cats this food because I know exactly what’s in it and it’s got lots of benefits of a raw food diet without the mess. My only issue is that it’s a bit spendy but I think that it’s worth it!

First off my cats love this food. They actually finish it compared to even the higher end Canned cat food they get sick of really quickly. I received my sample pack of food and half of it was smushed so it was tampered. I emailed my Cat Concierge and she gave me a refund on my next purchase. The order went through and I didn’t get my refund, so I reached out again and a manager or owner emailed me back and apologized and sent proof of my refund. Even though it wasn’t perfect at the beginning (nothing is perfect right now in the world anyways), I always felt as though my issue was handled or was going to be handled.

Great customer support! Polite, prompt to reply, and informative. The food seems to be of good quality. However, my cats wouldn't even touch the wet food. Sadly, they wouldn't eat the freeze-dried food either. Though they pounced on the kibble samples like they'd been waiting for it all their lives. So I ordered more of that, but now they're not so keen. Cats, who can figure them out? The litter is made from millet seed and pretty bright yellow. It seems okay, but had some dust fly up the first time I poured it in the box but not when scooping. It clumps quickly and does not seem to get tracked through the house, which is good.

My cat seems to like the food (about 3 weeks in) and I'm reasonably confident that it's better for him than anything else I can find either online or at the store. So, that's the good. The bad: it's incredibly expensive, especially the freeze-dried kibble, and the subscription model is kind of annoying... certainly not a dealbreaker, and I guess it's nice to be pushed to change the order so I don't forget and run out of food for le cat, but I'd prefer a more straightforward ordering system.

My cats have taken to the wet food very well and I couldn't be happier! Our senior was diagnosed with diabetes and I'm confident that I am giving her a more biologically appropriate diet to support all her needs. So far, the dry raw kibble hasn't been truly accepted but that's okay. We will keep trying to introduce it in small batches with their current kibble and hopefully make the full transition in the next couple of months. I really like how easy it is to customize your shipment and that your pet's food comes straight to your door. The orders are well packaged and the insulation is eco-friendly!
