My kitten really loves Smalls! I switched her on Smalls when I got her two other brothers adopted by a friend (I was fostering). After 2 months, I really see the benefits on my kitten, compare to her brothers, still on can food. The fur of my kitten is way more shiny and soft, her mouth doesn't smell at all, and no smell anymore in the litter!

Excellent customer service. Quickly responded to all of my needs and questions. Got two different plans for two different cats. One loves it, one hates it. I will be buying for the cat who loves it. Thank you cat concierge!

My cat loves Smalls, and the food has been fresh and chilled on arrival, even after it was accidentally left on the porch for a night.

We signed up for the sample and our cats didn’t like the food. They Autoshipped an unwanted $270 order of food based on the subscription sign up that was not clear to my wife. They claimed they sent email - they did but went to spam and texts - they did not - to notify of this auto ship. I’m guessing they use the same email alias for marketing as customer service and this is why it went to SPAM. I’ve not had a company scam me out of my $$ like this in a long, long time. Normal companies have clearer subscription sign ups, opt in versus opt out subscriptions and better customer service. I don’t beilieve they are in this for the cats - they are in this for the money and you should consider this when using their service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company.

I wanted this to work out, but two things make me unsure I'll be able to continue with the service. My cat wasn't very excited about the wet food, even though it looks like nice quality and I added some of the liquid gold to entice her. When I tried to change my order to remove the wet food and see if there might be more flexibility with the shipping date for the dry food, the customer service person apologized and offered to add some freeze dried giblets to my order. I assumed this was an offer to add them for free, but when the order shipped I saw that I had actually been charged and that it was in fact an "up selling" maneuver. I should have asked and clarified since they never said it was free, but I am noting my experience here so that no one else discovers that they've been charged for something they assumed was being offered as a part of an apology for something else. The food is good quality but expensive, so make sure you're getting what you really want.

It was kind of frustrating to not be able to ship my order a week early, but I understand that a lot of supply lines are impacted this year. Overall, the trial was a great deal and I'm very excited to bring new crunchies into the mix to help my cats get smalls again. Protein contents this high are nearly unheard of with conventional brands, and those aren't even grain free!

My cat is absolutely in love with Smalls. I have noticed a significant difference with her. My kitty is a senior. Her coat is healthier, and her litter box troubles have lessened over all. I am pleased my kitty is showing positive improvement since switching to Smalls. My biggest complaint is delivery time.
