It’s been a slow transition for my cats. But with assistance, it looks like my three are enjoying the Chicken kibble!

So far I love everything about your service - the packaging, the quality of the food, and the communication.

Clawed to date typically only loves foods that make him very sick. I suspect he has food allergies, but when I tried several other good quality food brands that didn’t make him sick he hated them - until Smalls. He adores his fresh food and kibble both! He isn’t a fan of the freeze dried so that will not be something I get again but I will absolutely continue the other things. He is happy with them finally and feeling better!

My cats really love the wet raw food from here and I love finding a healthy option for them that they will actually eat! They can be picky eaters. The website was a little hard for me to navigate and it kept logging me out when I would go to edit my order. It was also unclear to me as to how often the box comes, I’m not sure if it’s ever clearly stated anywhere. I do wish it was a bit less expensive, but I also want to give my cats high quality food. So I feel like it’s fairly reasonable. I would definitely recommend to friends!

My first shipment arrived warm and had to be thrown away as it was unsafe for my cat. I was promised a replacement shipment which never arrived. I just want my money back!

We LOVE Smalls!

My cats love the smalls wet food, not fans of the freeze dried, and so so with the kibble. Although Smalls is a bit pricey, it's worth it to keep my cats healthy, and I'm sure its cheaper in the long run compared to vet bills! The staff are quick to respond to questions and concerns, and are extremely helpful and nice.

i recieved my first package from smalls and it was warm. the food was not cold or frozen. However, i told them my experience and they were more than willing to resend my package!
