I contacted Smalls about a shipment that was marked as delivered but was not received by me. They responded in a timely manner, even before their listed hours of operation, and quickly issued me a replacement shipment at no extra cost. The people I spoke to were courteous and helpful. I will definitely be continuing to order from Smalls for my cat's needs.

my order was part of the recent recall. normally that be annoying but i think it shows a lot of company integrity to do a self recall and offer refunds. speaking of, my cats also did not like the wet food (perhaps bc of the recall who knows) but they showed excellent customer service by offering a resend of their freeze dry and kibble selections. the process was easy and effortless, so much so i couldn’t tell if i was texting a bot or not, but this “bot or not” was called Matt so thank you.

I've switched to Smalls because I realized my pet deserves organic human-grade food. The most noticeable difference is my pet's energy. After he eats Smalls he is ready for action and play. When he used to eat processed store-bought foods (high-end/top shelf), he used take a nap afterword's, a long nap. I assume it was lethargy... the same feeling if one were to eat fast-food or something highly processed. And I love the accessibility to text a customer service from my phone!

Horrible customer service. Thought I was buying a trial run and they signed me up for repeat service of shipments of food that I didn't authorize. Now they are charging me over $200. It wiped out my bank account and now I can't buy groceries for my kids. Why would I sign up for over 200 to buy food for two kittens. I need that money for my bills and my kids! And when I try to talk someone they don't have any live agents. Just text and emails. I know they won't respond and send me shipments. They are scammers, WATCH OUT!!

I recently ran into some issues with Smalls. Although I was upset, their representatives are outstanding. I was assigned Mel, and this person did such a great job at resolving my problem. Thank you, Mel! My cat is a fan of Smalls, but now I am too because of how nice and accommodating their team is.

Unfortunately my two picky cats did not warm up to the Smalls food. Typically they don’t like pate-like textures. I contacted Smalls and they very quickly and easily refunded my payment and halted my subscription. The customer service was fabulous. I just wish my cats had gone with the program! Judy
