SUPER happy with my overall experience with Smalls for my kitties; my initial shipment unfortunately arrived completely thawed and no dry ice left. When I contacted customer service Will was nothing but apologetic and helpful for that happening and dug into the shipping and quickly realized the shipping process had take twice as long as it should have and immediately replaced the entire order. That replacement arrived today fully frozen with dry ice still smoking. I order alot of stuff for my pets and to have such a positive experience is more rare than it should be so I fully appreciate the diligence on Smalls part to ensure a brand new customer was happy. I will be ordering for my cats monthly!

At first customer service was ok but my cats hated the food. They tried to work with me and then confirmed the order was canceled. I was then charged and received an order. No phone support and getting no responses via text or email. Tried to go in and manually remove all the items in the reoccurring subscription. I also let my credit card company know. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere...Update: resolved!!

Cats love the food but little expensive with uneven small proportions

From the moment I opened the products for our "fur babies" I knew that it was going to be a wonderful experience not just for my husband and I, but especially for our 5 kitties. 2 outside kids and 3 of our indoor kids. The packaging is very special to say the least and all of the kitties LOVE all the food!! Thank you for caring sooo much for our babies!! You are appreciated!! Diana and Carlos and kids!! Had a issue with our shipment and the food may have thawed some before delivery and our cats just were not having it. Within a day smalls has given us credit and started the process of sending our next order asap so our little ones don't go hungry. Overall we are very happy with smalls and their customer service. Would recommend Smalls, great product and great customer service!

Customer service is great there food is definitely top notch my cats enjoyed it. You can smell & see the real food they use. 8 appreciate how committed they are to cats health by having a superb nutritional option. Cant recommended them enough
