My orders have always been correct. Easy to order. Customer service is always very helpful. And to top it all off my Sophie loves the food.

Been with Smalls for 3 years and this company continues to amaze me. My animal loved the food they provide and if I ever have any issues, they handle in minutes. It really is unbelievable how great this company is. Nobody better

Super deceptive company. I purchased a test box and my cats didn’t like I figured that was it. I was done with smalls and wouldn’t buy more. Then they signed me up for a super expensive subscription that I cannot afford. Now I’m down $200 with a box of meat my cats don’t even like. Wouldn’t recommend their company and the customer service was horrible.

We received the usual notice that our shipment was on the way - and that it was out for delivery but by 1:30 in the afternoon we had appointments that kept us out until 7 pm. When we opened the box we found no dry ice or evidence of dry ice in the box. There was only the packages of food (thawed and warm after being in a Fed Ex truck for 8 hours in 90 degree weather even before our delivery) in the bottom of a very large box. The food had been packed without dry ice! I wrote to the company and asked for a refund but was told that it was my fault for leaving the box unopened for several hours (no mention of the 8 hours in a Fed Ex truck) and that I must have just not seen the dry ice or the bag from the dry ice! Very poor customer service. I canceled my subscription.

My cat William has had the pleasure of eating smalls for about the last 6 months and I believe the good things I had read and heard about smalls because Williams coat looks great and he seems very happy and healthy. You might think that a premium human grade food like smalls would be expensive but I really don't think it is, William is about 18 pounds and his monthly cost for smalls chicken pate is about 80 to 90 dollars which in my mind is not expensive and well worth knowing that he's getting a really high grade healthy food. If you don't give Smalls a try you'll never know what your cat was missing and he so I highly recommend that you give them a try. The other major reason why I love Smalls is the people who they are, truly concerned about your pets every need and going way beyond the call of duty to deliver happiness not only for your pet but you as well, with several examples already in only about 6 months. I'm grateful for having found Smalls for my William because he deserves the very best and the least I can do is give him what I believe is the best, so for us it's Smalls. Just do yourself the favor of giving them a try.

My old man cat doesn't tolerate most canned food. Its been a battle to get him anything that isn't either super expensive or they change a recipe or store stopped carrying the ones that didn't make him sick. Once this arrived him & his much less food problematic sister cat went WILD for it right away. The beef he loved so much he stole the tube while I was putting out my girly cats food. He devoured it & didn't get sick... HASN'T been sick (knock on wood ;) since. The text concierge is wonderful & the food is worth it to save the label reading headaches, the drive to the store & all the frustration, wasted money & upset cat tummys. THANK YOU SMALLS! 😁😻😻
