Awesome, my cats love it!

My cat loves Smalls. She has been a really picky eater ever since she had several teeth removed, and it's been difficult to find good quality food that she likes. While Smalls is a bit on the expensive side, Maddy cleans her bowl every meal now, so it's definitely worth it for us! This may seem silly, but the plastic wrapping is really difficult to remove and I usually make a mess when trying to open a new package. Otherwise, 5 stars!

Hello all SMALLS CATS ! I have 3 cats and I switched to Smalls because one of my kitten has been having stomach problems I was not happy with expensive can food I was ordering or bought at the store! I learned Thanks to Smalls!! All can food has fillers in it with taste enhancements like (MSG for humans) additives for cat to eat it so owners think it tastes good in reality it is not. My cats were not impressed with Smalls at first 3 weeks " no food enhancements there but I was patient and was feeding with Raw bird and Dry kibble with Frizzed dried mixed and bam they love it now they are full after meal! Smalls has high protein so your cat don't need much to get full I'm impressed! They will live a happy cat life with Smalls. Highly recommend to switch if you love your pet it worth every dollar you spent!

My cats won't eat the food.

I had some complicated issues and they were wonderful. They offered solutions that would never occurred to me!

So, I recently had an issue with an order I received with cat food items that I did not want replacing items that were out of stock. I was originally told that I should have received an email notifying me of the change in stock availability because there was a beef shortage and I would have had to log in to pick a substitute. I did not receive the email and I was very upset because I would have ordered another flavor of cat food instead because my boys are spoiled divas and cannot stand to eat the same flavor food 2 weeks in a row (ikr). I left a negative survey response because I was frustrated with the lack of communication. The person who was assisting me did reach back out to confirm that the shortage email did not get sent to me and that they were willing to credit the items on the order that I did not want. I appreciate the effort and also appreciate that they are following up with the email and warehouse teams to ensure better communication in the future. Thank you very much for assisting me and please delete the bad survey response that I filled out when I was feeling overwhelmed about cat food.

Once the furry babies adjusted to the new food they have been scarfing it down! Their coats are very shiny and they appear to be more active. I also have contacted customer service via text and got great service!

4.75 stars. Smalls is the only food Daisy can eat without getting an upset stomach. She loves it and it's making her happy and healthy. No more nasty, stinky poops. No more constant hunger. Oliver is a bit pickier than his sister, but he's a kibble junkie, so I expected him to be a little slower to adopt this new diet. Still, after three orders, he now happily chows down at mealtimes. Both cats look great and have tons of energy. Additionally, Smalls customer service has been outstanding! Prompt to reply to my texts and fix any issues. So why not five stars? Fulfillment needs a little improvement. My first full order was missing an item and my third order arrived late enough that all the dry ice was gone and some of the food had started to thaw. (I know deliveries are delayed everywhere these days, so I'm hoping that will get worked out before we get into the summer months.) Overall, I'm VERY satisfied with Smalls food and definitely will continue to feed this to my cats. Thanks for a terrific product that's fixed my kitty's sensitive tummy woes!
