Well I had a delivery problem and it was taken care of swiftly and with great customer care

He's so bouncy and pouncy and energy filled!!! When he's not racing around the house attacking thin air, he's rubby dubby and purring more than ever before. He has changeable eyes that are naturally golden but glow bright, light green when he's happy. They are green-all-the-time-now! It's like he's stoned or something. Not complaining but it's like we have a brandnew cat! WOW & THANK YOU!

I've only been using Smalls for a couple of months. My 2 cats seem to really like the food, and I like knowing it is fresh, minimally processed food without a bunch of unnecessary ingredients. There has been one hiccup, and their customer service has been fantastic. The latest batch of food i received was MUCH darker than usual, and one of my cats will not eat the darker food. I was told that some color variation is normal, and it depends on which kitchen it comes out of. I feel this really comes down to quality control, and there should be a constant standard on how the food is prepared (regardless of the facility), and attributes such as cook level, color, etc. should be consistent no matter the source of the batch. My other cat is eating the darker batch no problem (he'll basically eat almost anything!), but his sister won't touch it, so it must taste and/or smell different as well (she loves the usual, lighter colored batches i've been receiving). Honestly, it appears that they used dark meat instead of white meat which is normally what it is. I'm really hoping this will be addressed and worked out because I'm really happy with the company and their product (when consistent), but I won't be able to continue to gamble on how each batch will come out and whether or not my little girl will eat it. I'm still giving 4 stars because they seem like a really great company, and i'm confident they will work on this.

My kitties love your product! The quality is excellent, and they are excited to see me take their food out of the fridge at feeding time. They love the taste, their poop is MUCH less stinky, and their fur is soft and luxurious. The only recommendations I would have would be around the packaging. I have had several packages with cracks in the plastic, leaking liquid into my fridge while thawing. Also, the individual food packages never peel open, as shown in the pictures. I have to cut the ends off and squeeze it out of the tube, creating some mess. Aside from those minor inconveniences, my kitties are very much enjoying the food!

Now that I have the delivery schedule set, it's all good. My two girls love this food and I've noticed a definite improvement in their coats - both long haired fully babies. Thanks!

I adopted a cat about two months ago, and at that time, she couldn't digest ANYTHING. Not prescription food, not homemade food, nothing. Then I tried Smalls, and she hasn't had a single issue since. She immediately loved the taste, and she is visibly happier, more comfortable, and her stool is finally solid and somehow barely smells. I thought the reviews must be too good to be true, but truly, this stuff seems magic. Wholeheartedly recommend.

I placed a trial order on Friday, 11/26. When I placed this order, there was nothing stated about deadlines for canceling BUT that wouldn't ship until the 30th. I tried texting their cat concierge Sunday 11/28 that I'd like to cancel. Their response was that it's too late. Instead of answering any questions or acknowledging my concerns (I recently went from being homeless to being able to move into an apartment, but my cats are not supposed to be here, and I didn't think about the packaging from the boxes). When they told me I couldn't cancel because I was 5 hours late, they avoided me asking if I could at least have them ship it in a discreet box. They once again avoided the question, I had to ask more than once, until they ultimately said no. They told me there was nothing they could do, despite my adamant desire for cancellation (no refund necessary!!!!). I will admit, I did use vulgar language, due to their lack of proper customer service communication skills, but either way, this is not how a good company is built to last. They told me to go on their website to look at their FAQs, and that it is my fault I'm in this position, etc. Well, I went to their website and checked under the cancellation ones and there is absolutely nothing posted about dead lines for canceling and the like. Customer service is absolutely horrible. I'm actually a super cool, relaxed person, but for them to try and tell me that not shipping the box is out of their hands is absolutely bull honky when it hasn't even left the warehouse yet.

There are certain wet foods that my cat doesn't enjoy but there are some that he loves. It's been helpful figuring out which ones to stock up on and which ones to not purchase. Had a few mixups with the orders however their customer service is amazing, they're very responsive and make the mistakes that happened completely fine. Our previous wet cat food has not been in stock which is why I switched to smalls. Although I still switch between some canned food, Smalls is a very good main cat food to have and seems very clean. Which makes me feel better about giving it to my cat.
