Lo was really helpful in resolving my issue. We had so much extra food on hand and needed to extend the next shipment date. Lo helped us push out our shipment date and the time in between shipments. They were efficient, kind, and really resourceful 😊 oh and timely too!

My cats adore this food, there is a stampede situation as soon as they know it’s time to eat. Great quality food, and affordable. I’ve noticed improvement in their coats and the little box no longer reeks!

Absolutely love the high quality food that we get from Smalls. So happy that our kitty enjoys eating something so healthy and identifiable!! Just told a vet clinician about it as she has several cats at home. Really like the convenience of having an email prior to shipping, allowing me to adjust my order.

I absolutely love this company. I came across Smalls on Instagram as it was partnered with a non profit organization that helps cats that I follow. I gave them a shot because I wanted to start my cat on a real food diet. My cat loves to eat but sometimes he can be very picky. I was absolutely surprised by how much he loves the food, I suggest getting chicken or cow as they are the saver options at least in my case. Now I’m terms of small’s customer support, I have to say they go above and beyond. I had some questions/ issues and it got resolved within a couple of days. Something that I find super important is how easy is it to switch what you want to order on their website. The pricing is not over the top and it’s super easy to skipped weeks without any form of hassle. Overall I would give them a 5/5.

I tried Smalls on a trial and transitioned my 14 y/o cat over the course of a week and he loves it! He prefers "Smooth Bird" to any of the other flavors. I like how the food doesn't stink like regular cat food, it's moist and stays moist even after sitting in his bowl for a couple hours and he seems to like it! Which is the most important part. Since he's an old kitty it took a few weeks to transition him. I also appreciate the eco packaging steps that Smalls takes.

We love smalls in this house. Raisin get so excited for meal time and, of course, treats. She is very healthy, her fur is soft and very shiny and she has a lot of energy. The only reason for the 4 stars is the packaging. It is very difficult to open and requires a separate container to store the food in. We really enjoy that it gets shipped right to our door and are overall very satisfied with Smalls.
