None of my 3 cats would eat the food. I should’ve trusted my gut and not ordered initially since I really didn’t like how restrictive they were on selecting the trial food. I didn’t realize they were charging me for my next shipment right away after the trial shipment (the next box was $163.) There was nothing on my account that stated what time frame I had for the trial period to see if my cats would transition ok. I canceled within 4 days of receiving my trial box thinking I was in the clear. But they sent me the next shipment 5 days later and refused to refund me stating I canceled after it had already processed. Not worth the hassle if you’ve got picky cats!

Since eating Smalls Max, eats more. He doesn’t throw up nearly as much. We started him on the wet food. But he was hungry all the time. Now so glad we have him on the freeze dried kibble. He loves it!

This is a great product for those who really care about what your pet eats. Comparing it to similar products, it's very affordable and you really begin to see the difference in their behavior and physical appearance. I recently rescued my kitty from a home where she was bullied by the other cats. For the 6 years I've known her, she has always been underweight. She has long hair, but it never looks healthy, always sticking together in clumps. After the two months I've had her on Smalls, she is at a very healthy weight and has lots of energy! Her hair is glossy and a lot softer. It's a very visual difference. Her appetite has increased and she is always excited for mealtime. She has always been a picky eater, but she loves Smalls and absolutely ADORES the chicken giblet treats. It's the only human-grade cat food I've ever seen, and it's well worth the money. Plus, the delivery makes it so much easier. I know I'm feeding my kitty the best food possible. She deserves it after all!

Trying to understand certain questions was frustrating as the posting of one & waiting for a reply took quite a bit of time when speaking to someone would have answered in little time. As it was I got back a reply that did not address the correct question & needed to start over again, waiting again.

There are not enough options to control portion sizes/shipment frequency. There was not a long enough adjustment period for my cat. My cat doesn't bite her moist food so she didn't like the form of the beef. I am still interested in this product and will keep an eye out for it for it to grow and change inch to meet my needs.

So far...so good. Need to see what the nutrients for minerals and vitamins are..

My cat, Sheba, was having horrible diarrhea and nothing seemed to help. We had her on different vet-prescribed food that she hated for months. I finally had enough and decided to try Smalls. She no longer has diarrhea and loves her food so much. She is fitter and healthier all around too. Her fur is also sooo much softer! We love it :)

I hope theres more protein available，my cat has IBD, I usually homecooked food for him, but its lots of work to do. Smalls helps me gets life eaiser, but more protein to choose is good for IBD cat.
