They are sooo amazing! Their customer service is always top-notch. The only downside wasn’t their fault—my babies are just ridiculously picky! 😂 They only liked the Smooth Bird recipe and turned their noses up at everything else I ever give them. 😖 Even so, this company is fast, reliable, and made my subscription super easy to manage. I usually get overwhelmed with food subscriptions, but they made the whole process simple and stress-free. Definitely recommend! ❤️🐾

My Devon Rex kittens, Ube and Enoki, have been eating Smalls for just over one month. I’m trying to train them to stop screaming at mealtime because they like it so much! They lick their bowls clean every single time regardless of the recipe. To the extent, I’ve started using the Smalls Slooowserve because they inhale their food in less than 2 minutes. I hope Smalls comes out with some freeze dried toppers, like quail eggs or capelin, next. I think they’d really enjoy. I recommended Smalls to my friend who just ordered her first sample box for her two cats.

Wonderful Customer Service! It's rare these days to get such helpful and fast help with orders and questions. Our 2 Cats are loving their first shipment of Smalls and we are so happy Flora and Sailor are now on a healthy diet of real food.

I ordered some samples to see if my animals will like it, immediately got signed up for a subscription that renews at 152$ a month...😅🤣🤣... if i want a subscription ill sign up myself. I hate deceptive practices like this so that point will make mr probably not order again.

My cat stopped eating as soon as I transitioned her to the sample packet. She has always loved food, so for her to completely refuse to eat was extremely concerning. She was on a raw food diet for years and never had issues eating. In fact, she loves Tiki Cat and eagerly eats it. I canceled my order 7 days before it was scheduled to ship, yet the company still refused to cancel it. My cat is currently dying from cancer, and I am 8 months pregnant. Given the circumstances, I expected at least some compassion and understanding. Instead, I was met with inflexible policies and no willingness to help. My cat even lost a pound because she refused to eat this food. During an already heartbreaking time, dealing with this company has only added more stress. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company due to both the product and the lack of customer care.
