Quick service. Waiting to see how the kitties will transition to the new food.

I personally loved the idea of raw foods being prepared for my cat without all the time-consuming work! However, my 2 cats, one an indoor Russian Blue, and a feral outside black and white cat neither one would do more than lick at the meats. I thought fish would be a big treat. Nope. I tried different textures and flavors, mixed and not mixed with their regular dry food. A resounding NO! So I must unsubscribe for this truly awesome idea!

We needed our order to be sent sooner. Our cat is 18 with inflammation issues and we found Smalls was doing great for him. He loves it and is now gaining some ounces, not vomiting and not looking like he is in discomfort. Customer support is awesome and the phone call about order they initiated was an added extra special touch.

My cat Luna loves Smalls food. She gets super excited right before each meal. It’s so convenient. It’s shipped right to my door. Goes into freezer then refrigerator to thaw. I also give her the freeze dried raw in between meals. She loves all the varieties. I feel good knowing she’s getting human grade food. So happy with Smalls.

I’ve had one of the most positive experience with contacting a company for help with Smalls. If I send an email after business hours, I get an automatic reply that my email was received and that they will get back to me within a business day. Sure enough, I get a reply the next day! The Smalls staff I have been in contact with have always replied quickly to my inquiries and were professional, kind, and eager to help. When I received the wrong order, I was able to get it fixed right away and I received the correct order the following week. I’m happy with my experience with Smalls, and my fur babies are happy with the food!

I had to add the old food into the smalls at first but now we are using 100 smalls added the dry too because they like dry,i like the fact that my babies are getting better food for them i would rather pay more for better food that the cheap fillers they use on cat food today

The Smalls PKG arrived in a timely manner and was well packaged. I ordered a sampler package because I wanted to see what my cat preferred. The food was individually packaged in small sizes.
