Delivered on time and quality of product

My cat and I love Smalls. While my cat has been picky with proteins of other brands, he has been enjoying every flavor of Smalls (ground and smooth). Took less than 2 days (4 meals) for him to adjust to the texture and he now is obsessed! I love that he is getting quality species appropriate ingredients and vitamins in this wet food. Wet food saves cat lives! And I truly feel supported by their customer service team~ thank you!

really, super! The cat absolutely loves Smalls, although he seems to want more than the portion allotted. In less than two weeks, I can see an improvement in his coat, he is soft and luxurious. Also, it smells like real food instead of nasty cat food. I also appreciate the minimal packaging.

Customer service only one of my kitties is eating your food. Sorry my cat whose name ironically means Smalls in Croatian won’t eat the food. We need to cancel any further orders. Thanks

Smalls has amazing customer service! The food is extremely well packaged and shipped. It smells like chicken, not gross mystery meat. All that being said, my very picky cat won't eat it. My Pomeranian loves it. The staff called and checked in and offered tips. I wish my cat would have eaten the food.

One of my cats has had a problem with very frequent vomiting (2-3 times a week on average for the past 6 years, poor little guy). I've tried SO many foods over the years, and there was occasional improvements, but he was still scrawny. Smalls has been the answer. He likes the cow best, and now the vomiting is maybe a couple times a month. So happy for my kitty - he's even put on a couple pounds :)
