Excellent customer service, fast ,courteous, helpful!!. My Shadow is eating the food which makes me feel much better about the transition from his other food. customer service worked with me on a payment that I can afford. which i am thankful for so much.

Roscoe likes the fish not the bird so much. Also, the crochet toy was not in the box. I will probably continue ordering the fish. We are still trying it out.

The Smalls experience is best in class for customer service and providing the type of experience you want for something that matters to a lot of people. I really care about our cat's healthcare and nutrition is so key. Smalls' customer service promptly responds whenever I have questions. They have accurate delivery times and above all have healthy food for our little guy.

Easy to unsubscribe, easy to adjust box flavors + amount. My kitten has had many health concerns in his short life already, and I feel good knowing this food is fresh, good for him, and he devours it without hesitation. The shipping is always speedy quick and everything is packaged well and frozen. After my sampler box I couldn't figure out how to adjust the delivery to extend out a couple of weeks, and customer service was friendly and fast helping me. 10/10 - and honestly, I had only planned to sign up for the teaser box. Instead I'm on shipment 4 and planning to keep going!
