Bec expedited my order promptly.

I bought the Sample Kit trying to find a food my elderly cat likes. It was shipped quickly and packed well so it stayed cold during shipping. The paperwork mentioned the high protein content which I hadn’t thought of so I consulted my vet. He said it wasn’t recommended for my 20 year old cat with developing kidney issues. So, I canceled my subscription before a routine monthly shipment could be sent. The cancellation process was easy and hassle free.

First of all my cat LOVES the food but, what makes it better is I can talk to you personally. You were so kind & helpful & thank you for the free Catnip crunchy treats. I need more of them actually, Jethro loves those too!!❤️🐈‍⬛

This food is good for your cat.

Directions were followed. Kitty did not take well to his new food as it took a good week to wean him off his old, fattening food and there is some he will not eat so will avoid his dislikes.

I had high hopes for this food after reading the ingredients but neither of my cats would eat it. There was one they liked better than the others but there is not enough flexibility in purchasing to make it worth the expense. All of the products were very dry and crumbly. When I mixed it with another food containing a gravy they were more inclined to eat some of it.
