Such a wonderful company. I started out getting variety box from them. It was wonderful. My cats loved it. I elected however to go with homemade food. However, I still buy their freeze-dried food. My kitty cats love the yellow bag, other puffy bird. They don't like the orange bag, but your kitty cats may be extremely different, but they are a wonderful company. My cats love every product except the orange freeze dried bag, but feel free to give it a try. See what your cats think. If you want quality freeze-dried food or food you have to put in the refrigerator for your kitty cats. You can't go wrong here. If I could give them more than five stars I would

Packaging, shipment and quality of the food was awesome. I have picky eaters so it took a little bit of patience at first. The food quality was great and priced reasonable.

I was unable to speak with an actual person about the delivery problem I was having. The only communication available was through text or email which made me feel like my business was not important enough to be able to actually speak with a human about the problem.

After a few weeks I've noticed a significant change in my cat's health. They are both over 10 and were starting to slow down but are playing like kittens again. Their coats are much shinier and fluffier as well. Overall they just seem happier too.

I canceled because they were overflowing my freezer. After changing my delivery interval to 12 weeks, receiving email confirmation of it, they still shipped my order 4 weeks after the last one despite acknowledging my change to 12 weeks. Reading other comments here, I see I am not alone in this experience.

I have only one cat. It would be great if you could offer a smaller portion size and/or a smaller order size. I’ve been having to throw away 1/4 of each food package because my cat just can’t eat it all within the five days from thawing.

My cat loves the food

My cats got sick, I canceled th order and it was sent and I was charged anyway.
