We had an issue with a product we purchased. Send photos right away and never heard a thing back from customer service. Would never recommend your Products to anyone

I have 2--15-year-old cats.And the difference is , one cat gets a zoomines in the morning , and when I get home from work and the other one quick puking up his food and seems more alert. Thanks, smalls.

Very disappointed with both the food and the customer service. My cats would not eat this food at all, despite following the company’s recommendations and trying to mix it with their usual food. There was absolutely no improvement. What made the experience even worse was the customer service. They promised me a refund, but I never received my money back. Communication was unhelpful, and in the end I felt completely ignored. I cannot recommend this company. The product did not work for my cats, and the customer service was useless when it came to resolving the issue. Stay away

Like others who have reviewed here, I ordered a sample box with no intention of subscribing. My cat wouldn’t touch any of the food. It has the texture of sand. A few weeks later, I got an email saying my next order had shipped and I was charged $115. There was no notification in advance. In fact, one of the dozen buttons I had to click to cancel the subscription was an offer to send reminder emails. They intentionally don’t send them by default because they don’t want you to have a chance to cancel. It’s a scam, and the food is low quality.

The food is not packaged properly. Made my cat so sick. I fed him the smooth bird and he vomited/diarrhea all over the house . I spend 1k in Er bill thinking he probably ate something toxic around the house. I fed him smalls wet food again and he diarrhea again. Now i know for sure its the smalls food. DO NOT BUY. I asked for a refund but who knows if they will.

I wish this let me upload the video of how bad this cat food is, not all the types only the bird ones, the cow has been sealed and fresh while any of the bird ones are not sealed, looks like low quality expired bird ground up into a hot mess of freezer burnt, this just came in two hours ago and this is my second time reaching out to the company. They have a quality control issue and would not buy this product for the how much the charge, even if it was free I would not trust feeding my cat the Bird products. Look them up on recalls and the bird products had a recall in 2021

One star because it won’t let me select no stars. Signed up for a one time payment of 25 dollars half off of 50 dollars. NO SUBSCRIPTION. Not only am I charged again but they have the audacity to charge me 175 dollars. Then these incompetent brainless morons can’t refund or contact the shipper (themselves) to have it returned. Please stay away from this corrupt company

I tried this food for my cat & he wouldn’t touch it. I have several friends who tried Smalls too & their cats wouldn’t touch it. I even gave all this food my cat wouldn’t eat (& I tried to cancel before they shipped & they refused to stop the order) to my friend who had a feral cat adopt him & his cat wouldn’t eat it! What’s the point of how good the food is if cats won’t touch it? I even tried to add tasty cat gravy to it & that failed. It’s very expensive, unappealing to cats & not great customer service. Look for something else. I’ve had cats for decades. Most all lived long, healthy, quality lives…without Smalls. (One developed Cancer & another had a heart defect & still lived years longer than expected). I feed my cats quality food they enjoy & aren’t so absurdly priced.
