I ordered a sample box to try out for my cats. I travel often and haven’t had the time to try making the switch. Before I know it, they’re sending me another box with over $100 worth of food. I noticed they were still prepping the order and asked to cancel. They cancelled my subscription, but not the order. I have no room in my freezer even if I wanted to keep this for later. I will never return to this and I urge you to go to the grocery store and just buy some ground turkey or something. Not worth the headache of surprise packages and poor customer service. I’ll stick to Chewy orders for sure! They would cancel my order, tell me to donate the food, and refund me. Class act unlike these guys. Guess it’s part of growing a business.

Not 1 of my 4 cats will eat it I put it out as the only option for a week tried using a dollop of the usual wet food on top they won't touch that. Put out the usual and they cleaned the bowl immediately canceled the subscription made it clear the cats won't touch it not one reply or a refund was sent. The cancelation was perfect no 2nd delivery Tried leaving some out back for the random wildlife they won't eat it either. Contacted 2 rescues they don't want it. Gave it to a friend with 6 cats and none of the cats will eat it she put it out for the raccoons they won't eat it either The refund should just available but the terms are restricted. Don't boast about refund and put barriers to jump and red tape that prevents access to the POS to complete the process....

My cats will not eat this even when it is warmed. Customer service told me that it takes 2~4 weeks for them to get used to it so apparently I need to waste food for that long? I don’t remember buy a new product of any kind without a money back guarantee Contact your credit card to stop or refund payment

My 15 year old cat has been eating smalls for about 2 weeks now. I’m amazed to see him so excited for meal time, his appetite has come back and he’s licking his bowl clean everyday! He’s started to gain weight (finally) smalls has been perfect for us.

The "sample" introductory shipment was followed WAY TOO SOON, by an absolutely giant, hugely expensive "regular" shipment. It felt predatory. Just be really careful if you do the intro deal. They'll rush you another giant expensive shipment if they can. At least that's what they did to me. On top of that, my cats aren't exactly digging the food either.

I wasn’t happy with the portions at first, but I’m willing to pay for the 14 pack every month:) Ever since I’ve had my cat she has had cost me money going in and out of the vet trying to figure out what’s going on with her trying a bunch of different types of foods and other things. Smalls saved me hundreds of dollars to thousand thousands of dollars now that I don’t have have to go to the vet so often. Her digestive system is almost completely healed. She will never go to another food. I’ll never switch!!!

Absolutely horrible. They use trickery and wording to get you to sign up and then charge you so soon after to by the time they ship your first order that when your cat won’t eat it you have so little time to cancel if you even know you had a subscription in the first place. They refused a refund even though I offered to return the order. I now have all this expensive food that I have to throw away. I tried to give the food to my mom and sisters cats who also won’t eat it. My mom even offered it to strays who won’t eat it. So good luck hope your cats eat it and if not I hope you can get a refund cause I couldn’t!!

I began purchasing Smalls cat food about a year ago. The only reason I don't rate them a "5" is because both of my cats think the food is just "okay". They have a variety of chicken, turkey, pork, beef, and fish, in 3 textures (smooth pate, slightly coarse, and shredded). They also have a good selection of freeze-dried kibble, broths, and free catnip treats. The food is human-grade. Delivery, changing items or delivery schedule is easy and accurate. Customer service responds to emails within a few hours. Other items such as toys or food bowls are also offered, but are expensive. Their website navigation needs some getting used to.
