My cat loves this food! And it saves me from three days of working in the kitchen to make the home-made equivalent, which I've been doing for three years. We're hooked! There was a glitch with this month's order, but they took care of it as quickly as they could, and it may have been caused by my changing my order too close to the ship date. Anyway - we love it and we're sticking with the subscription for sure! Added on 5/18: FYI: My vet says that cats get certain essential amino acids from grains that they don't get from meat. I will send this feedback to Smalls, though I'm sure they've done their own research, and many people prefer grain-free food for their pets. For my own cat, I will be cooking up some brown rice, running it through the blender and mashing up a tsp to a tbsp of it into his daily packet of smalls. Not giving up the food, just adding a little rice on my vet's recommendation.

Great customer service! My cats have never felt better, I didn't realize how much better they could act and feel an actual good food! I should've switched sooner! The kitties can't wait for dinner time now!

Great product. My cat has a lot of energy. It’s fresh and real food so make sure to not let it sit outside. I do wonder if they could make like another package where you have a combination of raw food and supplements in small daily packs. I’ve a bengal cat and I would actually love that

Smalls has changed my cats life. Low residue, healthy food makes my life so much easier as well. Hope this company continues to produce high quality cat food for years to come.

Got smalls for my cat after she became very picky about her food after being spayed. Took a couple days or so for her to get used to the new texture but now she can’t get enough.

The food is super high quality, human grade with no carrageenan or other yucky additives. My kitty is elderly and has been struggling with pancreatitis and IBS. As soon as we switched to Smalls we saw a noticeable improvement in his health. His gurgly tummy and vomiting have mostly stopped! The new, smaller food packets are a great improvement over the large tubes (since we can switch flavors more frequently). He seems to like everything except the chicken flavors as long as we bring them to room temperature first -- that way he can smell the delectable scent of REAL FOOD. I wish Smalls would introduce a rabbit recipe, but that's about it for suggestions here.

We wanted to try some healthier options for our 3 cats. We have a 5, 4, and 1 year old males. To be honest, we spare no expense for the health of our boys. They are our children. After losing the last of the original 3 a year and a half ago at the age of 21, we know how to take care of kids. Now onto what this review is for. We bought the starter pack. We defrosted one of each flavor. Starting with the beef, we got a few licks from 2 of the boys, and a complete nose up by the third. Continued with the other flavors, with similar results. What are the odds that 3 cats reject this product? We even tried heating the food up to room temp just in case it was as a cold thing they didn’t like. Still nothing. So, in conclusion, I have to give this product 2 stars. It would have been one, but I was impressed with the packaging and care put into the shipping that that is where the second star came from. Ending on a positive note, they do enjoy the treats. We will continue feeding the brand (Wellness) to our cats. If we can get 21 years out of our cats, I guess we are doing something right.
