Food is good, wish the deliveries came on a better schedule
The food is great, I like being able to choose which type my cat gets. The text customer support has been very helpful. My only issue is after we set her order, it doesnt arrive until after the 4 week box has run out and we have to supplement with storebrand food for up to 4 or 5 days. I know we should just set the order about 2 weeks in to account for the delay but we have a very small freezer so if arrives while we still have plenty of her food, we may not have space to store it. Also, the packaging doesnt match what is marketed and can be difficult to open and we have to cut it which is fine but inconvient when in a rush. All in all, Smalls is a good product Id recommend to other cat parents but just order and prepare in advance.
